The Gutter Boys

I had researched various gutter guards and installers and decided to go with the Gutter Boys. They took time with me prior to installation to explain the product, the installation process and the pricing. Once we established a date for installation, they followed through as promised, including providing me with a courtesy call that they were on their way. The installers are very courteous and professional and their pricing is more than reasonable...A great product installed by a great company! I highly recommend the Gutter Boys.

I called Gutter Boys on a Monday and they called me back within 30 minutes. They were able to schedule our house to be power washed within the week. On the day of the appointment, they called when they were 30 minutes out from our house which was very convenient. Their crew was extremely polite and efficient. But more importantly, our house looked amazing when they were finished. It is difficult to impress my husband and he is still talking about how our house "shines"! We will be telling all our friends about Gutter Boys.

Mid-April, 2016, Gutter Boys/Pristine Clean came out to pressure wash our driveway surface using a biodegradable detergent and seal it with a siloxane based concrete sealant. After years of surface dirt, the work that was performed thoroughly cleaned and protected the surface. I'm amazed at how clean the driveway is now. Any dealings with this company has always been very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

They did a great job. Prompt, quick and completely did exactly what they said they would do. My siding looks better than it has in years!

I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Gutter Boys and Pristine Clean. From the initial phone call (contact) thru to the completion of the services today ... the entire experience was professional, thorough, attentive (to detail) and simply WELL done. The gents (Jacob and James) who came to our house today did a fabulous job --- they worked aggressively/attentively from the moment that they parked their truck! Jacob explained everything that they were going to do ... and then asked us to come out and inspect their work twice during the day. He walked us around the house and showed us how he had "attacked" each stain / issue on the house. He was thorough, patient and focused on our home and making sure that we understood what they had done ... and that we were satisfied! I am over-the-top pleased with their services and our clean house and driveway are proof! The results exceeded my expectations and the price was well worth it! I highly recommend the company. They did not rush -- they gave the house, roof and driveway the detailed attention needed to "get it all clean".

They did a good job. Came out quickly after requesting the service. All work was completed satisfactorily and they were able to complete the services without me being home which means I did not have to miss time from work. As long as you have a working water spicket, they can do the complete services for you without causing you to miss time from work

Claimed on their website that they did gutter repair and drain jetting. Filled out the online form only to get a response that they only do "in-service" gutter repair (whatever that is) and that they no longer offer drain jetting. If they no longer offer the service they should not advertise it on their website.

Very prompt and did a great job. I would recommend.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They went out of their way to re-arrange their schedule to accommodate me. The service guy called the morning of the appointment to confirm. They showed up on time and did a great job. There would be no reason to use anyone else.

Two guys came to the house. They had a ladder. They cleaned the gutters.

Here was my experience: 1) Very quick and easy quoting process; 2) Prompt at making an appointment and coming out to do the work in a timely manner; 3) The original quote was $529. I had an elderly parent ask a question and present a coupon to use. It resulted in an additional charge for some additional work being done that I did not agree with; however,they quickly fixed the invoice and included the discount and the price was in the middle of the original quote and the original invoice. Once again, they are very prompt to respond and remedy the problem. Overall, they are very good and respond quickly which shows me they take their business very seriously. Other then the increase in the invoice, I was happy with their work and would use them again and would recommend them to others.

The fellow who cleaned the gutters was very personable and did a fine job. But I did not know what day he was coming, and just happened to come home for lunch when he was there. No call, no way of knowing when a worker would be on my property. SIX days later the last of the leaf holdouts (more than I anticipated) ended up in the gutters and I called Anthony to schedule a follow-up cleaning and he quoted me a price of an additional $80.00. I reluctantly agreed. However, Anthony could not give me a approximate date of service, merely "sometime between the 11th and 20th of November," arguing this is the industry standard and if I don't like it to go somewhere else! This is unacceptable. With liability issues in mind, I decline to have a tradesman on my property without being notified in advance and decided not to reschedule.

A member of Pristine Clean was very helpful in advising me on how to fix the damage that I had already caused and suggested ways that I could wash my deck in a way that was safe and effective. Though I didn't end up using their services because the damage was already done, I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future to prevent that kind of thing from happening again. A top quality outfit.

Spoke with a representative of the company the day after leaving a phone message. Having read the head's up notice under insurance on the vendor page. "All statements concerning insurance and bonds are informational only, and are self-reported. Since insurance and bonds can expire and can be cancelled, homeowners should always check such information for themselves." I asked that I be shown proof of insurance before allowing their employees on my roof or property. If one of their employees should become injured while on my property with my permission they could sue the homeowner for compensation - thus - the company having insurance would cover this instance. I was told this was a very large company and it would slow down the company and raise the price for their employees to carry this proof. The only other request I had was that we be present when the work was done. As we are retired we are very flexible should weather cause a delay and the date changed. It became apparent that neither of these requests were amenable to the vendor so I concluded that we would not be able to work together as I do not feel either request was unusual. I have had only one other vendor refuse to prove their insurance status.

I have used these guys for a few years now. They got the work done fast (within 2 days of scheduling) and did a good job as usual. Wish they would offer drain jetting services in my area though!

I submitted an inquiry via the internet and the company responded right away and answered my questions. We made arrangements for their "premium gutter cleaning," which includes flushing the downspouts to ensure they are not clogged. My contact said they would come out July 1 - 10, weather permitting, to do the work. I asked him if they could call me before coming out, as the valve that controls water for the hose leaks in the basement when it is turned on. The valve is usually off. I received a phone call at 8:15 am on Friday morning, July 3. I was told they were on their way, about 5 minutes out. The other guy in the truck said "No, we're not." Nevertheless, I went downstairs and turned on the valve. I received a text a few minutes later, that they were an [blank} and a half out. They never showed, nor called nor texted to say they would not show, resulting in the D rating for punctuality and the B rating overall. I received another call at 8:15 am on Tuesday morning, July 7, that they would be out between 9 am and Noon. Again, I went downstairs and turned on the valve. They actually showed up this time, and I was pleased to see clean gutters and a clear roof when I got home from work. The Gutter Boys bag the debris from the gutters and leave it for you to take to the curb, unless you ask otherwise. I did not realize that they used regular garbage bags for this; my city has an ordinance that yard waste needs to be put in the large brown bags. I wasn't sure if the city would pick up the garbage bags - they have not done so in the past. Fortunately, this time, they did. The branches that had fallen on my roof were left in a pile along the side of the house for me to clean up. If you have large debris on your roof, I recommend mentioning a disposal spot to the company. I will probably give this company a second chance in the fall. If they had shown up that Friday, they would have gotten an A.

Showed up on time, did the job amazingly fast. Makes me wonder why I've been climbing up there to do it myself all these years.

I feel like I was taken advantage of. I thought I was going to get someone who could repair the corner gutter that was leaking since on angies list it states repair as one of the services. While the rep told me that the company didnt spray sealer they could take it apart and see what was happening and if need be replace clips on it. I explained in detail what corner it was and SPECIFICALLY told them to call me before coming out. They did not. When I got home and found the debris outside my garage door (which they should tell you they are leaving their mess behind). I called them to see what happened with the corner. I left a message and Ken returned my call the next day. He told me that I probably misunderstood the representative and that the rep was problably talking about the gutter guard and not the gutter itself. Since I never mentioned gutter guard nor have gutter guard I am not sure how that happended. Ken told me that they dont do that kind of repairs. I really feel if they would have called me as instructed it would have turned out differently. Ken took fifty dollars off the bill but said he couldnt do any more b/c he still had pay his service tech which I am not sure what paying his employees has to do with me. If they would have followed my instructions and called me I would have again asked about the corner gutter repair and maybe this time the rep and I would have been on the same page. I would have learned the only repair they do is clips and therefore would not have them out to clean the gutters b/cI needed a company that could do both.

I sent an email requesting information. The reply was prompt and contained information requested. Gutters were cleaned and flushed according to the dates discussed. Job was clean and professional, very appreciated.

Everything was done on time and very professionally.

Gutter Boys were very easy to work with. I requested a quote on their website and promptly got a call within a 1/2 hr. They quoted me a price and discussed in detail what work they would perform which was to clean and flush all the gutters and down spouts. They also would tack or repair any loose parts. They gave me a date range for service as Cleveland weather is unpredictable but would call me the day of service. we did not need to be present and they would leave the bill in the mailbox. They came out a few days later and did a grea tjob. All the debris was bagged and nothing was left on the ground. We had a heavy rain a few days later and the gutters worked great. They found one clogged downspout that could not be flushed and they suggested having it snaked. They will be calling me with a quote. There was no pressure for me to use them for this service. We felt they did a great job and will se them again.

I contacted them and they responded immediately. They did what they said what they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Everything worked out good.

It went fine. They were gonna call the day of service and give me a window of when they were coming out. They called and came at the time specified. They preformed at level that exceeded my expectations. They allowed me to pay in installments.

They did their usual thorough job.

Excellent job of cleaning gutters and removing debris from downspouts, removed leaves for disposal. I would not hesitate using them again. Hope that keep me as a regular customer, this is the second year I have called them for service.
