These guys are awesome! They arrived on time, were very professional and when they finished everything looked great! The people in the office were knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. I was surprised when I was quoted a price. We had other quotes that were much more for less cleaning. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to friends and family.

The gutter cleaning went well, and I had no complaints. The only real complaint I have is that they call me fairly regularly to try to get me to hire them again. I'd rather they just wait until I call them, but, in all fairness, I haven't (yet) asked to be removed from their calling list. I'm sure that, once I ask, they'll stop calling me. All-in-all, I'd rate this a good service. They were friendly, fast, and got the job done. I'm actually planning on hiring them again today.

My mother-in-law uses The Gutter Boys every year. I set up the job for her and the crews come like clockwork.

A representative called me back politely explaining they don't do either of those services, and when I questioned the statement "In addition to the Gutter Tune-Up, we also provide minor gutter repairs involving resealing gutter seams, re-hanging and replacing downspouts, and re-pitching gutters. " they told me it was probably something that Angie's List put on their website, when I clarified it was from their own website they said they would talk with their owner, since they don't provide those services. The guy was exceptionally nice about it, and even referred me to someone else who might be able to help me, but it is bizarre that they are on Angie's List under the gutter repair category as a recommended supplier if they don't do that type of work.

Fantastic service. They came out within a few days of my first call. They then scheduled the installation for the following week. They showed up on time and completed the work. They even called before coming over. Extremely professional. I cannot speak to the product yet but the service was excellent and I highly recommend them.

They came while I was at work and did a good job - during the next rainstorm I noticed that the gutters were moving the rain water very well. All cleaned-out debris was left in a garbage bag next to my trash can - so they left the perimeter of my house very clean. I enjoyed the convenience of being able to pay online at their website. My price included an Angie's List discount.

As far as I can tell they cleaned the gutters, I'm not happy with the clutter that they left in my yard.

I needed the gutters cleaned before I started another project around my house. They guys were prompt, respectful and thorough.

I had work done from both divisions of this company, The Gutter Boys and Pristine Clean, at my rental in Medina and could not be happier! The Gutter Boys came out and installed their gutter guards for a very reasonable price. The guards have worked great and, best of all, my husband no longer needs to climb the ladder to clean them! Pristine Clean did a roof wash at the same property. I called them because the roof was covered with moss and black steaks. After they performed their service, the moss quickly died off and the black streaks disappeared! I highly recommend both The Gutter Boys and Pristine Clean.

I hired the gutter boys to clean my mothers gutters she runs a day care out of the house the came did as ask not to knock on the door so that the children were no disturbed but did give a friendly call ahead reminder that they were coming she did not even realize they were there they were quick clean and professional and there was no problems with the service i help run this buisness and this company is doing it righ! Will definatly use them in the future!

From the first call into the office we were greeted by a representative who was polite and happy to help us out and answer any questions we might have had and being in our 80 you can imagine my wife and I had many questions and concerns for them but they handeld us nicely and professionally they showed up on the day they said they would and gave us a call when they were on their way. The young man who I talked to on the phone told me they couldn't give me an exact time they would be there and explained that they do not put time limits on jobs and that each job takes a different amount of time which completely makes sense. The completed the job and went over and beyond our expectations I recommend the gutter boys and pristine clean to anyone looking to spruce up their home or maybe just clean and protect their gutters best decision I have made in a long time going them and will definitely use them in the future for our home and our family and friends will too

Crew showed up and acted totally supprised that there was a metal roof on the house and informed us that they cleaned the gutters but that was a different package. I used Gutter Boys in the past (once) and they were horrible. A bunch of very young men that did very sloppy work. If I had realized that this was the same outfit renamed I would not have contacted them.

My wife made this first appointment because I was taking too long to complete this treacherous and vexing task...... Days later...... I woke, confusedly, to the sound of dragging garbage cans; a leaf blower's ominous roar. I peered, bleary-eyed, through our back screen-door to view a large round man. He must have sensed my general bewilderment and, amused by the surprise I wore so blatantly, he let out an extended, guttural "GUTTER BOYS"!!!!! They do an AMAZING job and clean up everything perfectly. We have used them for two years now and will continue to do so. Thanks Gutter Boys!!!!

Great, they called before they were coming, did a great job cleaning and flushing the gutters. They cleaned up after themselves and were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use again.

Excellent first time experience working with the Gutter Boys. They were very friendly over the phone during scheduling and answered all my questions. I didn't need to be home during the cleaning which made it super convenient and they cleaned up and left all the bags next to my trash! I would highly recommend.
