Several months ago, my 91-year-old mother hired Nick to do drywall repairs and painting. Nick charged her well over $4,000 for labor and materials. Nick consistently failed to show up when expected or he did not show up at all. He worked for short periods of time when he did show, so he never got much done at any one time. He did not complete all of the work that was stated in the contract with my mother. His drywall was mediocre. He left large gaps between walls and woodwork and did not paint a ceiling after making two drywall repairs in the ceiling. His painting was extremely poor--he did not cover surfaces with enough paint, he left wall paint on ceilings and vice versa. He matched paint colors poorly and thus painted his drywall repairs on walls a visibly different color than the rest of the wall. He made no effort to "fix" any of his messy painting. Since he left the job, bubbles have formed on a ceiling he painted, and he refuses to return to fix the ceiling. His business card states that he guarantees his work 100%, but after weeks of requesting him to return, he refuses to do so.

Nick Turner quoted hanging the drywall taping and finishing it ready to paint. He included cleaning up: scraping the mud off floors and cleaning out electrical boxes etc. He never finished the job. We had to hire someone to remove the drywall rubbish, scrape the floors, clean out boxes and finish sanding the drywall so it could be painted. We should have held a substantial dollar amount until he completed the project. We would not recommend this company.

Nick did a fantastic job! We moved into this house a year ago and when it was time to move our dining room cabinet in, the ceiling was too low. The previous owners had 2 tiers from the ceiling for decoration purposes I guess. So I tried calling many of the drywall guys for estimates, it was extremely hard to get a hold of anyone. Nick answered the phone right away and came when he said he would. He was great to work with. I could barely tell he was in the house. He demoed one of the tiers and had it reframed. He put in new drywall and now it looks like it has always looked like this. He made it look perfect! Probably one of the only times I had something done to the house go so smoothly. He is polite honest and is punctual! I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. I can't say enough good about the way this man runs his company!

This is the second ceiling they have replaced. Was here on time, very neat, great work and cleaned up very well.

They did really good work. Very consensus on what they did. They were very concerned that they did exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was done the way I wanted it before leaving the job.

Mike and Nick were great! They did an exceptional job! They always showed up when they said they would. They kept me informed of progress throughout the install and finishing. They were professional, courteous, honest and fair. Every thing was completed just as they said it would be. Finish looks great. I couldnt be happier with the way my basement turned out.

Could not be happier to me them showing up on time and doing great work is the name of the game. I have used them in the past to drywall my basement and it came out perfect. I think I need to say no more but the fact I paid to join this website ONLY to get them more work. We in the US need more Great small companies. Ron
