We had a terrible experience with this company. As part of a new home warranty (HSA) ProRoof, LLC was referred to us. The first time the Roofer came to our home, he looked at the problem area, spread some roofing cement in a few cracks and told us to call him specifically to correct any problems. After one month, the roof continued to leak. The roofer and the main office of ProRoof did not respond to our numerous calls, e-mails and text messages. After months of trying to get them to own up to their problems, the roofer came back to our house. It was 6:15 pm in February, and he was on the roof, in the dark, with only a cell phone flashlight. He again sprayed some roofing goo into whatever cracks he could see and asked for more money from us. I said it was understood ProRoof would take care of the problem if it persisted. He said it was a warranty issue and he had to report it to HSA. We refused to pay, but Pro Roof did file a claim with HSA for $800 + for a 5-minute job and a $5 tube of roofing goo. The roof continued to leak. . . We contacted HSA, reported the shabby service and said my roof is still not fixed. HSA was appalled that ProRoof charged HSA over $1500 for the sub-standard repair. ProRoof NEVER contacted us when we complained. They obviously do not care about customer service or completing the job correctly. I would never recommend ProRoof, LLC for any type of roofing work.
Description of Work: Roofing leak over the front entry. ProRoof was slow to respond, did not fix the problem either time and overcharged us and the home warranty company. (See below)

It was a little slow to have them come out (a few weeks), but they were able to complete the work on the spot. We also had a chimney leak a few months later which they were able to repair in similar fashion. Neither area has leaked since (2 years later). I recently have attempted to contact them again as we have another spot that is leaking,(we have an older home-1911- with a quirky roof set up) but I have had a lot of trouble getting a hold of them. I leave messages but no one calls back.
Description of Work: Our roof was leaking from a flat section of roof above our kitchen. 75.00 cost was because of insurance payment. I don't know what the cost would have been otherwise.
