Pro Lights

Still waiting to get my lights up weeks after a contracted specific week that I paid ahead in full months In advance for. Owner no where to be found, office person no way to actually call anyone and it’s centralized. Were okay year 1, year 2 signs of lack of communication and had to stay on them about various things, this year off to a very poor start. Wish I could say I recommend but when the owner doesn’t bother to get back to you after multiple calls and weeks of trying to get an update, can’t say I would recommend at all.

They were very professional, the work looks first rate. I would recommend this company.

We recently has permanent Christmas lighting installed on our house and Pro Lights did a great job. The work was done professionally, timely and very neat. They take time in doing the job right!

I am very happy with my permanent lights . My house looks beautiful and I am not worry anymore to be outside in the cold weather to decorate my house for Christmas. I have lights whenever the color I want and when I want. All this thanks to Prolights. Thank you Kyle ( owner) and of course a big thanks to Jimmy that we can’t have those beautiful lights without him being able to install them and did a wonderful job. We can’t tank you enough Jimmy! I am planning to have more lights probably next year :)

LOVE LOVE LOVE--- no more climbing on the roof to put lights on the peak of my house. Install was quick -- one day ! Program them to whatever I want, or used the "canned" holidays to light up my house for every occasion. Option to pay over 12 months with no finance charges was great. So worth the $

We love our permanent lighting! Installation went smoothly and the installers we super helpful teaching us how to use the app to get the most use out of our system year round.

Pro lights is a company who is second to none. The owner was on time for the initial free estimate appointment. Explained history of the company, brought along demo to demonstrate the capability of the product no high pressure sale. The Trim lighting track system is of high quality. We reached an agreement on price no need to haggle. Estimated installation would be two weeks. Received a call from installation team the next week to schedule. Communication by install team was punctual and they were on time. Soon as they arrived went right to work, were respectful to our property and to us as the customer. The installation team completed the service and cleaned up after themselves. There was no need to clean up after them. Once clean up was completed connected the controller and synced app on mobile phone. Went through settings on the mobile phone and all capabilities. I would highly recommend Pro lights if you are looking for permanent lighting, patio lights, or landscaping.

The installation was perfect. The lights were installed how we wanted them and work as we requested. The installer was very professional and explained everything to us.

This will be our third year using Pro Lights and they are wonderful. I am not sure how we came to contact them initially, but it was a good call. Our experience with them has worked well and the compliments that we receive about our holiday lighting are always very positive. They get the job done in a timely manner, both set up and take down and the team they send to do the work are very professional. I would recommend them without reservation.

Had Kyle and team out to my house to set up my landscaping lights. Couldn’t be more excited about how they turned out. He even helped me design a whole new look that I never had. If you want a professional light system this is the company to go with!!!

We LOVE our permanent lights. I had some problems initially; but they sent a tech out right away who helped me with the app and solved my problem. We can change the colors of the lights to correspond with holidays or seasons and we get so many compliments on how our house is lighted.
