The house was totally clean. Gutters had no black streaks left. Even got the gutters on the roof. Driveway cleaned and sealed with patio and sidewalk. All green and black areas are clean.

The team that did the work was excellent. Results of the job were also great. My vinyl fence was heavily stained and it now looks like new as does the concrete. Highly recommend!

Unlike 5 other companies I contacted for an estimate, Pristine gave a fair price from the start. The others started quite high, and then expected me to haggle with them over price.

Excellent. Steve and his friend did an excellent job. The driveway and walk really needed cleaning, and looks great now! Steve explained what he was going to do and all the whys and wherefores.... did a great job with the sealant. A day or two later when it rained, I was sitting in the garage watching the rain bead up on the driveway. Great job! Thanks!

Wonderful experience. everyone was professional and courteous. Chuck and Eric were our servicemen and were fantastic.

The concrete work was fine, the washing of the house and garage left much to be desired. The trainee doing much of the work was seemingly left unsupervised, I had to point out spots that they had missed. they seemed unconcerned with doing it correctly. It seemed they were polite to my face but seemed annoyed at having to correct their work.

Now that I have paid the bill and found out how long they were actually here...less then an hour for $375.00....a bit overpriced.....never even got out a ladder.... They did their estimate off of Google Earth. Questionable if I would hire again.

Overall it went well. The price was fair. It can be expensive to clean a 3000sq ft house and seal/wash driveway. I was a little upset that I was told there would be a scrubbing of my siding not just a spray. Also, they only sent one guy to do the entire job. I feel a second person could have helped the job go a little more efficiently.

Very well. Steve went above and beyond just washing by pointing out issues around the house that we may need to attend to such as painting, sealing, loose siding, etc.

A very thorough job done on much needed dirty areas! Cold weather did not stop the worker from being very intentional in doing a wonderful job. House and gutters sparkle, Moss off our paver block patio as well as smaller patio. Sealant applied. We are ready to enjoy outside living again with this clean look. Professional staff who went the extra mile to do a great job. As a returning customer, we have had excellent service.

This was my first foray into professional concrete cleaning and sealing. previously I had performed this task with somewhat lackluster results. I had great results with Pristine Clean, I had called to get a quote on their service on Wednesday and was able to secure an appointment for the next day. While I am sure that isn't common I was all too happy to have the concrete cleaned so quickly and at a very competitive price (perfect power wash wasn't even competitive with their quote). I was amazed when I came home to see my concrete and how clean and crisp it looked. I definitely waited too long to have this done. Their attention to detail and follow up service are just added bonuses to them doing a fantastic job. I will definitely use Pristine Clean again for any type of power washing needs.

They provided us with a quote within a day of requesting it, promptly scheduled service after we approved the quote, showed up on time, and did an overall great job. We highly recommend them and plan on using them again in the future. Overall great customer service and quality work.

Very well. Driveway had not been cleaned or sealed in at least the 15 years that we have lived here. Looks much better now! And after the first rain it was easy to see water beading up like it certainly didn't before. Technicians were prompt, polite, organized...just very professional.

They showed up on time, completed the work to our satisfaction, and billed the quoted amount. No issues.
