Pristine Clean

They were thorough and professional. They're not the cheapest, but it was worth it. They made our house bright and clean. Our house was not been wash for 10 years and they did very well on it.

The process was very easy. I went on the website, requested a quote and Austin got back to me about an hour later. They gave me the quote over the phone. We ended up going with Pristine. We got the house washed a week later. Jeff and another worker came out and did a great job. I was worried about my flowers but Jeff made sure that he used limited soap around them. WE also had a bird next in our gutter and he made sure he left it alone since it had eggs in it. I would definitely use they again.

This is the second time I have used Pristine Clean for all of my areas of cement. I also used them in the past to clean my house exterior and roof. I spoke with Adam to schedule and he gives great customer service. Jason and Jason (yep) did a great job today; on time, neat work, and very nice. I would unequivocally recommend this company.

Excellent results, and the employees were very polite and professional. The entire process was very stress-free and efficient. The overall cost was about $350 and we were amazed they were able to clean our darkened gutters. We also have well water, so the water pressure was not as great as they are used to. Attention to the plants around the house was also handled very efficiently.. I would not hesitate to use either Pristine Clean or, their sister company, The Gutter Boys. We have now used both and have been very satisfied with the results. The Gutter Boys were used several times, once to clean our asphalt singles, and the other to replace our ineffective gutters.

It started out with a phone call from the company after I filled out an online work order. They were able to walk me through the project on the phone and give me a quote within minutes of the call as they could access my property satellite style. This eliminated the extra stop at the house for a quote. I was scheduled for 5 business days later. That was refreshing. We live in an area with tons of trees and shade. It has been raining for weeks so the combination makes the pavement black, as well as green with discoloration. Our roof gets covered with moss and mold due to the trees as well. It is a lengthy job bringing it all back to life and many would have cut corners. Tim and Tucker went the distance and treated my property like their own,. Their work is impeccable. I am so pleased with the results. I would recommend Pristine to anyone and especially Tim and Tucker. Thanks for having an amazing work ethic. It makes such a difference to a customer to have hard working perfectionists working on their home. Pristine Clean is a perfect description for their work performance. Extremely well. Rain came just as Pristine Clean finished their work. They came back the next day and reapplied the protective coatings.

They removed every bit of algae and mold from the house. The workmen were very professional and had me inspect the house before they left.

Tim from Pristine Clean completed my roof cleaning. He was very helpful in explaining what was going on with the streaking on the roof. He answered every question I had and explained what the roof would look like following their clean. He also assured me if I had any concerns in after about two weeks following some rains to help the clean not to hesitate to call back and my concerns would be addressed. I would definitely use Pristine Clean to clean my siding and driveway in the future!
