Clean truck & professional equipment, hard working professional attentive crew. Expect no issues...Be assured! With nasty dark streaks on our roof it was both unsightly and harmful. Once the cleaning procedure was done, our roof looked like brand new! The house cleaning will bring your dirty home shiny & new again! Throughout the entire process the staff was hard working and professional! Their ONLY concern was OURS... I would be sure to recommend to others and use this service again for any cleaning needs! Be assured this company will leave you satisfied...It was obvious throughout it was their only goal!

Everything from setting the appointment time to completion of the work was smooth with no problems. It couldn't have been easier/ I left a voice message to have someone call me and I received a prompt call back that afternoon and an appointment was set. As promised, the crew called to say when they were arriving; they contacted me at work to let me know when they were finished and to advise of a couple problem areas on a small section of the siding and gutters. We were happy with how clean the house looks and will definitely call them again. I appreciate how courteous everyone was from the initial phone contact to the work crew.

I had to park on the street that evening since they applied a protectant on the cleaned driveway. As I approached my home I was in absolute shock at how wonderful the driveway looked. It gave my a home a new makeover just by having it cleaned and sealed. I was so happy by the job that was performed that I wish I had a before and after picture. Will have to remember that for the next time.

The guy that came out was extremely professional. He explained everything he was doing in great detail. He did an excellent and left my driveway looking great.

The house was left cleaned. I paid over $400 for a small bungalow 1500 sq ft. They explained the entire process and when they came to do the job they did exactly that. The entire process was completed in roughly 15 minutes, I was home, I timed it. What they did not explain was that all of my brand new windows would be spotted up with the milky like final rinse they do on the house after cleaning. I cleaned every window and door twice and still was not able to get the milky spots off the window so I called to see what could be done. They said that while they did not clean windows they would send someone out to "clean" the windows. What that cleaning entailed was using a soft wired brush to loosen up the dried on milky spots and then hose it down, which helped a small bit but I still have spots on all windows and doors and will have to try to clean again myself. If they are going to power wash a home with the products they are using then they need to clean all windows after the power wash to get off all the milky spots left on from a coating they use on the home. Especially after charging over $400 I should not have to be cleaning my windows!!

I cannot say enough about how great our house looks now. All of the green algae is GONE, I mean REALLY GONE. Also, the dirt & grime is no longer. Even though our siding is 36 years old, and faded in spots, this cleaning made it look better by far. In the past, we had the house power washed and our front door apparently was not sealed tightly, and also around the base of the porch, and the water seeped through to our foyer & got our hardwood floors wet. I also was not really happy with the overall results from them. I was hesitant about getting the house cleaned, but after talking to Austin with my concerns, he noted everything on the work order. The excellent technician, Brandon was very aware of the past problem and really took extra care to avoid around this area. He told me if I should see even a drop of water in the foyer to tell him & he would stop. Needless to say, not a drop came in. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pristine Clean. The entire staff is diligent in preparing for the clean, and the actual cleaning.

So the first time they did the drain and then I called them back for cleaning the driveway. I was pleased with their service.

Excellent. Driveway is 11 years old and needed freshened up and protected. Looks brand new after service. First time it rained after, I could see water sitting on top of driveway and not absorbing. Gave me a quote over the phone based on satellite photo, confirmed the day before coming, showed up as scheduled. As easy as things should be.

Very well. The sales person (Craig) was very nice. They gave me a good price right from the start. Then when I had a coupon, they deducted the coupon. I called another company and they wanted me to haggle. I want a company to give me their best price and that was what Pristine did. The workmen did a great job, both cleaning and sealing, and my driveway looks great.

From my first call to Pristine Clean, to the follow-up emails, reminder call about my appointment time, to coming home to a fabulous job, I am very impressed!

Process took several hours because there was only one man on the job. I was not impressed with the application of the sealant which was done with a garden sprayer. It appeared as a light "mist" , not a coating on the surface of the concrete. The cleaning itself was good. Unfortunately, rust stains do not come out, but we were advised of this ahead of time. After 3 weeks, the concrete still looks clean. The technician was supposed to leave a bill, but left without doing so. I called the company to request a bill but it took them 2 weeks to send it. Overall, it was okay, but I don't think I would do it again.

They called ahead and finished in a timely manor. The results are very good!

I called 440-454-7041 from an ad in the MiMi paper I saw the CALL US FIRST FOR AN INSTANT QUOTE ! So this was the reason I called. I need two patio;s and sidewalk power washed. The man who answered the phone took my phone # and email address and said someone would get back to me. So much for your advisement "INSTANT QUOTE". I expected at least a call back the same day. It is now May 6th, no call, no email. I'm pretty sure I will not be doing business with a company that works like this one.

Excellent. They arrived on time and were very courteous. Explained what they would do first and approximately how long it would take. It was an ugly day but that did not stop our rep from taking his time and doing an excellent job. All work completed as agreed upon and the work was excellent. I would use them again and recommend to my friends.

Everything was handled very professionally from my initial contact right down to the on-line contract and payment options. All questions by phone were answered and information given about the service and process was thorough and unhurried. I received a call notifying me of the arrival time and he was on time. All surfaces, house and concrete, were in dire need of cleaning and Pristine's multiple step process of cleaning and sealants took four hours. When it was finished everything looked like new. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and I plan to use them regularly in the future.

I highly recommend Pristine Clean. I just had my concrete drive and walkways cleaned and sealed. There was a lot of black and green mold on the driveway. It looks fantastic now. Derek and Eric were very thorough and courteous. A job well done! I am beyond pleased.

The gutter boys did fine. I would definitely use them again. They came, they cleaned up after themselves and they did what they said they were going to do. They charged what they said they were going to charge.

It went pretty good. They got here on time, they were training someone. They did an okay job. They got the house clean. I was just not knocked off my socks.

We didn't use them because their price was high. It was pretty simple. They came out, looked at it and gave the estimate in a mailbox. It was really quick and easy. They were very quick.
