Bill kept his workspace clean, and cleaned up after himself. No issues were encountered during the install.

. We had two issues arise during the construction. In the first instance, the electrician was given the wrong plans for the location of the outlets. We had made some changes to the first drawings but the elec. didn't get those. We noticed he was installing a light switch in the middle of the room and we wanted it by the door. Unfortunately he had already cut a hole in the wall and run the wire so we told him to just leave it. It's inconvenient to have to walk into a dark room to get to the switch, but it's not the end of the world. In the 2nd issue, one of the gutters wasn't sealed properly and the rain was dripping down the outside wall of the house right onto and outdoor outlet. They sent someone right over to repair it.

The gentlemen who came out was very nice and cordial. He was a little late for the appointment. They did have good quality windows, but I thought that they were over priced. I liked everything about them except for their price and punctuality.

They were good. The ordering part wasn't the best. But the quality of work was very good. We were very statisfied.

I am actually a return customer to Joyce they replaced three windows in the spring and I liked that they were a local company and did a good job. For this particular job the removal and replacement of our windows was a 2 month process. On 11-23-11 Joyce sent out two installers named Bill and Ben. They arrived at 10:00AM and left at 8:30PM. This evening was the day before Thanksgiving and I assumed that they would have considered this to complete the process in a timely fashion. Their mistake was removing all the windows first and then hastily replacing them for daylight sake. They also criticized the work by the spring crew and said that the framing wasn't done properly and he would fix it, but he didn't. By 6:30PM they were using their cell phones as a light source and installed a broken window. They stayed til 8:30 and after installing a broken window they still put up a yard sign. The entire process was absurd and too big of a job for two men. I then called Joyce at this time. I spoke to Linda to report the broken window, wrong color caulk on the exterior, and large miter gaps on interior. She informed me that a manager would contact me Friday. Andrew had contact me and came out to our residence at 11:00. He documented the work with photos and agreed that it wasn't up to par. After my husband had called the office on December Joyce was to come to our residence 12-9-11 between 9-10 to finish miter work. They never showed. My husband rescheduled had rescheduled for another date at 4:00PM and they didn't show up til 6:30 which there was no available daylight again to make correct cuts. At 5:00 I had already called to reschedule again between 9:00-11:00 December 17 and once again they didn't show. On Sunday December 18 Glen from Joyce had contacted us and we set up an appointment for Monday December 19 at 3:00. He came and completed the job. Glen was the only good experience w had and he jut did the finishing work. At every instance someone came to our home they asked for payment even with a broken window. We only paid them after Glen came and completed the miter work. The exterior caulking was still never fixed or addressed. Also Ben had said our exterior framing work wasn't correct from the first job but that was never fixed either.

Their sales pitch was better than the reality. I was impressed by their sales pitch, but I'm not seeing it in the final product. I would possibly use them again. They do siding and I don't know how they are doing that, but they do have a product that I liked.

They were fine and professional but their price was a little higher than the company I selected. They have a nice showroom where you can see examples of different products and I would use them again in the future.

They were very professional. I thought that the price was too high.

I am very upset with the front porch and the back porch. It doesn't look professionally done at all. They need to omit the balance due. They need to try to fix it. I've called the company, and they've said that because my house is old, that is the best they can do, but they knew my house was old when they accepted the job, and if it was going to be a problem, they shouldn't have taken the job at all. The entire job was a nightmare. They started in June, and they did not finish until July. They left a mess every time they left to work on other jobs while working on my house. They also left gutters off my house and refuse to take responsibility for the damage it caused.

They were great. There was no mess, and every window was wrapped. You wouldn't even know they were there. They did 52 windows in 2 days and then came back on the 3rd to do the finishing work. They were very efficient in their work. I was really impressed. The price was also very reasonable. One of the windows cracked after they had put it in, I called them and they came out and replaced it within 3 days without even questioning me.

It all went very well. The staff explained everything they were doing and why.

The windows are very good. The employees are okay. I’m not overly impressed with them. I would use them in the future.

The salesperson, Mike, showed up on time and did a nice job explaining the windows to me and did various demonstrations on how heat passes through, etc. which was very informative. I gave him some time to figure out an estimate and when he wrote it out for me, I thanked him and explained that I would not be signing a contract today, that I have had one estimate done and have another scheduled and would like to have an opportunity to compare all three before making a final decision. This was when things when downhill. He refused to accept this response. He was determined to have me sign that contract before he left even though I was adament that I would not be signing anything until I had time to do a little more research and make comparisons. He asked me what my previous estimate was for. I got out my paperwork and told him what I had been quoted, which was about $500 less than his quote for that company's window of comparable quality. He then proceeded to tell me how Joyce's/Oasis' windows are better than the competitors and cited specifics, which were actually pretty valid points. I acknowledged that my intention is not to go with the cheapest estimate, but rather the best value based on price as well as quality, and again stated that i would call him if his company was the one I chose. He then proceeded to tell me they were having a sale, where you buy 2 windows and get one free, so he could knock off the price of one window. This was nice, but if this was a sale, I am a bit puzzled as to why he didn't offer me this priec in the first place. I imagine he was waiting to see if I would pay the higher price before offering the sale price. I again thanked him and asked if I could have a brochure or something to keep in my file to refer to while I made my comparisons later on. He repeatedly told me I didn't need to compare anything, that I had it all "right in front of me". He said his price was now more in line with the other estimate and his windows were better, so there wasn't anything for me to think about. I again emphasized that I do sign anything on the spot and would need some time to think about who I would be going with. He then said that prices would be going up 20% in the next week or so if I didn't sign today, I would be paying more later. Anyway, he said if I gave him $100 today I could lock in today's price. I said no thanks. He then went on to say that if I decide later on to go with them the company has to pay him to come out again to complete the contract, and that they would prefer to have me sign it today while he already there. Well of course they would! I don't know how many times I had to repeat the line "I am not signing anything today". He finally shook my hand and said "Sorry I couldn't help you". I responsed that I am not saying no, just that I am not making a decision today. I told him I very well may choose his company, but that I like to do my homework per se before making decisions to spend thousands of dollars. To that he replied "no one usually calls back later to pay more-and since you didn't sign the contract today you'll be paying more later". He took half his stuff out to his car and was out there for 20 minutes before coming back in to get the rest. he came in saying he was on the phone with the boss who suggested I apply for a credit account with them. Oh my gosh! I practically had to shove this guy out the door and I was so incredibly annoyed by the time he finally left. The funny thing is, once I compared price/quality/features etc. they really had the best product for the best value, but I cannot fatho doing business with this company after the experience I had with their salesman. I feel he was degrading towards me as a woman and was trying to take advantage of my inexperience as a homeowner, besides not respecting my decision to wait before signing a contract. Thus, I am going with one of the other companies.

We had a 12 x 16 sunroom added to our house. We got off to a bit of a slow start as the crew that was sent to provide the foundation pillars didn't bring the right equipment with them and had to work by hand while the foreman searched out a post hole digger. That part of the job ended up taking 2 days instead of one, but on the upside, the crew dug holes for us so we could re-build our deck next to the sunroom. The construction went along quickly with one hiccup. We requested some changes to the electrical outlets and there was a revised blueprint showing those changes. The electrician was never given the new plan and proceeded to start cutting holes for the outlets where we didn't want them. It was too late to fix the problem so we're living with outlets and switches that are not in the most convenient locations. However, overall we were very pleased with the work and we just love the room! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oasis. (I should say that our friends kind of gasp when they hear the price, but we did our homework and 30M is not out of line).

After getting a total of 5 estimates for our 17 windows, 2 entry doors and a patio door, we choose Oasis and we are SO GLAD we did! They showed up for the initial appointment on time, were very informative and Not pushy (like some of the other companies), listened to our needs and came up with great solutions for our home that was built in the 50's. The thing that really made Oasis stand out from the rest of the companies, is that they manufacturer their own windows and sun rooms right in Berea. My husband and I went to their showroom and actually were shown their factory, which was quite interesting. Our windows and doors were ready when Oasis said they would be, the installers were the best of any of the contractors we have used in our home over the years and the clean up was wonderful! Except for the beautiful new windows and doors, you would never know that we had major remodeling done on our home! Lastly, Oasis's price was not the lowest, but the quality is outstanding and it was the best value of any of our quotes! Great job Oasis and my husband and I will definitely refer you to others!

We hired Oasis to replace our old windows with new vinyl replacement windows. Everyone we were in contact with at the company was very professional, helpful and prompt The installation team was wonderful. They performed the work proficiently and neatly, cleaning up after they were done. The whole experience was very pleasant. We will recommend them to anyone who is in the market for new windows.

They have been efficient with correcting any problems. The service was good overall and they are reliable and back up there products. They cleaned up after they were finished and they were very professional.

This was a very good experience. All the materials were locally produced so putting up the sun room was accomplished quickly. This company offers a good quality product. They took care of getting the variance from the city for me. After the sun room had been installed, they made sure that I was satisfied with everything. They left no mess for me to clean up.

The product was deemed acceptable and the company reputable: The product itself appeared to be quite good, however due to the fact that we could not obtain a bottom line figure from the salesman even after a visit to the showroom, we decided to go with another company. The reason for the "D" grade for Professionalism was due to the fact that the salesman was too wrapped up in his personal marital affairs and even after spending hrs with us we could not pin him down for a written estimate. The prices he did quote kept changing.

We wish we never purchased these 2 sunrooms, we have had all these problems and no one will work with us on the correct way to fix the problems. The company will use the famous line "weather permitting" or "this is an existing problem with the foundation" I feel we are getting nowhere by working with the company ourselves so we need to get someone involved. The news channel has been contacted on 10/02/07 and we have discussed the problems with them as well. Please be aware of this company we do not want anyone else to encounter the problems that we have.
