Description of Work: The sunroom they installed for us is beautiful. I gave them a B because of lack of communication. They told us it would be installed by Labor Day. Then we had to contact them to ask when they would be coming to start. They told us a day, my husband stayed home to be there when they arrived and they never came. They actually installed it in the middle of October.

Description of Work: From the sales rep., office staff and Installers we had a very pleasant experience with JOYCE FACTORY DIRECT. The windows were completed when scheduled. The installer and helper arrived early to begin and completed the job that day. The installers took care not to leave anything behind by doing careful prep and cleanup. We plan to use this company when we have jobs that fit into their several specialties. | |We highly recommend this company and plan to use them often.

Description of Work: They installed windows and a patio door to an addition. The workers did a nice job but the company was slow to get back to us when we had concerns or questions. The dates for when the work was done are approximate.

Description of Work: Installed replacement windows and replaced trim on windows that were not being replaced. All went very well. Everyone we met from Joyce Factory Direct was very professional. We would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows in our home. They were very nice, with quick, clean, professional installers. They noticed a manufacturing error that we would likely never have noticed (window frame was barely out of square), and ordered a replacement right away. |The sales guy was our least favorite person (from the company), but the windows sold themselves. |Someone answers the phone when you call.

Description of Work: The sided our house and did a fantastic job. My only complaint would be in lack of communication. They did not inform us when the materials were going to be dropped off nor that the found some damaged materials and would not be back to finish the job until the materials came in (I had to call to find out why the workers had not shown up.) Other than that they exceeded my expectations.

Description of Work: The company representative arrived on time and pleasant. He measured the windows and sat down and calculated the price. He gave me one price of 23000 then said if I purchased within 30 days the price would be reduced to 16000. My problem is I have nothing in writing. This make me suspect of the company and how honorable is their representative. I will not be using this company. Beware get the price in writing....

Description of Work: Joyce Factory Direct bid on a 4-season room project. Salesman was very professional, and included a tour of their factory in Berea. Their room system is impressive. The company I ended up selecting had a slight edge in price (and if I was any good at bargaining, that might have been erased, but alas! I am incapable of pitting one company against another, so first bid was what I went by), but from a product standpoint, I believe that I would been satisfied with Joyce. Definitely worth contacting if you are looking at adding a sun room, three-season room, or four-season room.
