They contract it out to a local contractor who was excellent and did a great job but the sales person from Joyce Factory Direct was a pain to work with. He did not accept my phone calls and when he eventually called back several days later , his response was , "Oh I totally forgot about you guys"!!!!! Really ?

The bath tub looks amazing. I am very happy with the end result. It made an old style bathroom look more modern. Their prices were a little high, but for the high quality material, this was very reasonably priced.

Great experience from start to finish!

I actually used this company to replace windows and doors in our enclosed porch and replace windows in our family room. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of work. The materials are excellent as well as the workmanship. Can't say enough about the crew making sure everything matched

The cost was more than I had anticipated, but the windows and installation were well worth it. I will definitely be calling on them for my future projects.

I would like everyone to know that I am very pleased with the new tub and surround replacement. Along with that, galvanized pipes to this bathroom were replaced and rerouted. Jason did a excellent job. I would recommend him to everyone.

Good company and support

Do not reface your kitchen cabinets--at least by Joyce Factory Direct. We did ours 3 1/2 years ago and had to replace cabinet doors after 2 years because heat from cooking caused the laminate to come unglued, shrink and curl. Now we have to do it again for a couple of doors. I'm so sorry I ever did this.

JFD installed a three-season sunroom for us last year and we can't be happier. Their sales reps, customer service and installation crew are top-notch---friendly, courteous and professional.

My wife and I had our cabinets resurfaced and counter tops redone. After the project was finished, they left damage to my walls and hardwood floor in my kitchen. Also, they did not properly install my sink and left gaps around the molding. Prior to the installation I received a Visa card in the mail which I promptly emailed them with my displeasure and they informed not to activate the card and it was only sent to me because I had good credit and had nothing to do with my financing. Two weeks after the installation the entire purchase was dumped on that card. It shows up as a maxed out credit card for over 10k on my credit report which in turn dropped my credit score over 70 points. I feel lied to and deceived. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.
