we have ordered the shower and it has yet to be installed which is scheduled for October 8th. So far all is good. We did all the tear out and all they have to do is move the plumbing (which we were told they will do) and install the shower unit . don't know yet how good they are at this point the salesperson was very good and patient as we need the bathroom totally torn out to do what we wanted

We started out in Dec.2019 looking to enclose a front porch (deck). We ended up remodeling our entire bathroom in July 2020. The salesman (Rick Guido) was outstanding. All the office people worked well with us when the Covid-19 struck. But a HUGE THANK YOU to the installers Dave and his son Bailey. It took them 5 days to do the job. I have never seen a more METICULOUS, ORGANIZED, ATTENTION TO DETAIL pair in my life. I was apprehensive at first because of the scope of the job. But after a couple of hours, I knew I was in good hands, Dave and Bailey. I could list about 100 more positive examples of their work but Joyce Factory Direct should be THANKFUL to have them. The end result was utterly amazing. A new shower + sink. Along with a complete tear out of the bathroom walls. I almost do not want to use them they look too nice to disturb. THX again JFD any future projects you will be the first I will call for a quote... :)

Extremely satisfied with the installation process and craftsmanship in replacing a century old tub with a new shower

Just wanted to say a few word concerning our recent install. First, the call because we were interested in a shower. The company then set a good time for both parties to discuss, in this case, the shower. We talk about the cost and time involved. Next, appointment for measuring and time needed to complete the project. There are several emails and/or phone calls for updates, if any for scheduling. The day of installing the shower was organized. The install was great. The employees were educated and trained on, what and how. They also, did the clean-up and covered the floors and steps. I am so excited about my new windows in my atrium, it so bright and the windows fit so perfectly. The salesman, the foreman and crew who installed them were professional and cared about the finest of details. What a difference the windows made and the installation was as smooth as silk.

I am very satisfied with the work completed by Joyce Factory Direct in my bathroom. The gentlemen were very thorough in doing the transition from a bathtub to a shower only. They kept the surrounding environment of my home clean using cloths on the floors and keeping the bathroom door closed at all times while working. When the job was completed, the gentleman was also very thorough in cleaning the room and making sure that I was completely satisfied with the work done. I will definitely be utilizing their company again for my home projects and recommend them. Their price was also very reasonable for the work completed. Thank you.

Installer made sure every step of install I approved. Installer cleaned up & more when completed. Made sure after taking existing tile & drywall off, there were no water damage, leaks or mold. Then proceeded with job. Recommend to potential customers now.

Replacing all the windows in your home is a big project. The quality of the windows in important but the installation team is even more critical. The Joyce team gets an A+

I was very happy with Joyce Factory Direct. They did a great job and we had no problems. I am the most satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism by all their associates. Brian Smith, VP of sales, was extremely professional and made a personal call out to our house because our first salesman was located out of state. I thought that was very admirable. In about a year or so we plan on replacing our back door. We will end up calling Joyce Factory Direct!

Please stay away unless you have lots of time and patience. All I hear from (no names or initials) is "we are very busy. We are short staff today. Call you back in 10 minutes. I ordered your part and should be sent to your house (wrong part). The problem is not with us, It's with Moen (excuse me but you sold, installed, and warrantied the faucet. The problem IS yours." Still waiting for the correct part and for it to be installed. MEANWHILE the drip in my bathtub is staining my new tub and the stain is not coming up. I should not have to turn the water off between showers. With Joyce Factory Direct proceed with caution.

Sales representative was very professional and effecient. Joyce Manufacturing Co. makes and installs their own windows. They have a showroom near me. References for their work and very fair pricing for the quality of their work. I highly recomend them.
