Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths

A contract for 2 16" glass packs and vinyl siding were signed FEB 28 for a cost of $14,300.00. We gave authorization for $1430.00 (10%) down that the company forgot to charge, and the next $5720.00 (40%) was due the next week on measure which we got a bill for and paid. We were promised install of the siding beginning of April, which came and went. My experience With this company included clerical errors, communication problems, payment of $5720.00 dispute with credit card, my siding was never installed as promised, payment made only for the windows and a WASTE OF TIME. MANY EXCUSES!!!

The installers were very nice, courteous and cleaned up everything.

They have not started the project but so far they have the have done everything they said they would and they had the best quality for a very good price.

I have new carpeting and the workers were very careful to cover the carpet they would be walking on. Also, they cleaned up any mess from installing the windows and hauled away the old windows and any debris.

I was not made aware that because of the about of space for the window to be installed in, would change the way it was done, with part of the back of the frame sticking outside and that part needed a custom covering, which was not done to my likeing. It took another installer to come out and make it better. I was very concerned about the4 corners the had very sharp edges that would cause cuts in your hand if touched. The sealing had to be redone in spots and the window was letting in air where the top and bottom windows meet. That required replacement of the weather stripping. Also upset that the payments included a fee for activation.

The installers were VERY profesional and concerned about our happiness with the windows. If I could have given them a bonus I would have.We were very pleased with BOTH of the installers. thanks, Jim and Dianne Hollingsworth Sept.1,2012

They started the job when they said they would. The time it took to complete the job was right for the job. The site was cleaned up and on trash left behind. They took care to cover the carpets and furniture when necessary. Very good job!

I cannot really determine the quality of the job yet. I resent being told at the initial visit this price is good for today only. I almost decided not to use Joyce when that was said.

Good price, friendly and prompt service. Good quality siding and installed well. The company fixed a of couple minor items I requested of them and even made a repair for me on a job performed by a different contractor.

The job was done on schedule, done professionally, and came out great! Vince is definitely one of the top deck builders a around!

They were very essy to deal with, spent a lot of time explaining their windows. Had 2 windows with them when giving the estimate. The called to measure when they indicated they would, everyone involved in the entire project was on time, professional, friendly and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone - one of the best experiences of my like in having work done at my home.
