Ralph was on time for both diagnostic and repair appointments. He was professional and thorough. He worked efficiently and completed work more quickly than he expected. His estimate was very close to the actual price. He was easy to talk to and interesting, but did not lose any work time chatting. No mess when he was done! All three office people I talked with were cheerful, helpful and efficient. They called to confirm appointments and to let me know when Ralph was on his way. .

This was a replacement unit. Only one glitch which didn't really impact me. The unit they installed had no refrigerant in it and another one had to be obtained from the warehouse. Even so, the work was completed that day.

I knew their reputation and I just decided to use them. They were kind of the right people to try.

I called the company at 8:00 am, as the problem was discovered during the night. They said, the repairman would be out between 9:00 & 11:00. He arrived shortly after 9:00, went right to work, found a couple problems and fixed it.

My husband was home and said he did a good job.

It went well. It was a two day process as scheduled for. They were able to raise the new furnace about 18 inches which should avoid any water back up problems in the future. No issues or unmet promises. Very happy.

They found some problems with it and sold me some frion. They seemed very very competent and forthcoming with all my questions. I was very satisfied with their services.

When we got a new furnace in the past that continued to go in and out. I called picked them out of the phone book and called them. The boss came, he looked at it, and said he knew exactly what was wrong. He repaired the problem and I have been using their services ever since. They are excellent.

Huge Heating & Cooling came in reasonably priced when we got quotes for the job. They were either the lowest bidder or close to it. They are a well-established company in this area. They've been very reliable and put in some Air Conditioning units for us as well.

The installers for this furnace were top notch (I was not a member of Angie's List at time so apologies for late review). They worked steady, non-stop all day as this was a big job. I have now had the furnace six years and it has run excellent which tells me a lot about the job they did.

It went great! Cliff from Huge's did the service repair and was very thorough and professional. I originally called just for the repair to the condensate line and asked if he could service the furnace as winter is around the corner. Cliff quickly made a phone call and had the time and was able to do so. He explained in detail what he was doing along the way so I knew what was being done and what I was paying for. I think many times consumers have heating & cooling checks and may not even be aware of what should be done or if it was properly done. In my case, I now know what should be done and thanks to Cliff for educating me on this!

I like them because when they call and tell me they are coming, they show up right on time....very punctual.

They are a great company. I have used them forever. They originally installed my system. They don’t charge extra for the night or weekend services.

I requested that they not put in the middle because I wanted to hang a fan there. I specifically told them not to do so. They used a larger circular vent which was hideous. I had to have three other companies fix the work.

I have a yearly service contract with Huge for air conditioning and heating servicing. They keep their appointments and show up on time. I was upset with the guy who came out last time, because he did not clean the humidifier out correctly and about a week later it was leaking water all over the place. I had to call them to come back out to clean up all of the water and clean the humidifier correctly. They have been very responsive when I have called them.

They are always prompt and come on time. I don’t have to wait for a long time for an appointment. They are professional and the quality of their work is very good. I have been satisfied with their service.

He did a great job. He's just a wonderfully reliable. He's got great communication skills. Got the job the first time. He's a very friendly guy also. A very knowledgeable professional.

It was great. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He used terms I could understand, and that has been my experience every year, even with different techs each time.

They did an excellent job. They had to work late into the evening, but they did the whole job within 3 - 4 days. I had used them before for regular maintenance for the furnace and was satisfied with the work they did.

I told my friend and husband what happened with this company and they checked the thermostat and found out that it was working fine. This company tried to charge $350 to fix something that wasn't even broken. They didn't even apologize when we called to confront them about their dishonesty.

I have great trust in them. The service men are helpful and clean. They are dependable.

Technician arrived on time and provided service quickly and was courteous and professional.

I called in the a.m. to report that my furnace was not working. I had to call again late afternoon because the technician called back the wrong number and did not show up. The technician arrived at 6:00 p.m. and recommended replacing two parts saying that MIGHT fix the problem. He suggested replacing the furnace because the cost of two parts ($600) could be offset by installing a more efficient furnace. He said someone would call me on Monday with a furnace installation quote and that the furnace appeared to running well enough for now without replacement parts. Within 1/2 hour after the technician left, the furnace stopped working again. I called another company the next day and they repaired the furnace by installing a $120 part. I will not use this company again.

THEY ARE SO GOOD TO ME. THEY CAME OUT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY EXPLAIN THINGS REALLY WELL AND DO GREAT WORK. THEY CLEAN UP WELL AND ARE VERY POLITE. THEY USE BOOTIES IN THE HOME.

THEY ARE VERY NEAT, EXPLAIN EVERYTHING, CLEAN UP WELL, AND ARE VERY TIMELY. THEY KEEP WORKING AND GET THE JOB DONE. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE.
