Description of Work: Filled my unit with coolant, and check my unit.The tech sent out had no idea what he was doing. What should have taken an hour or so, he was there for 5 hours, however, a manager called the next day after I left a complaint and credited my account for 3 1/2 hour of labor and sent another tech to check to be sure that the service was done properly, to this day I feel that things were not done correctly. They were highly recommend by several neighbors, not sure if I will use them again

Description of Work: Contacted them in the evening with water leaking out of the humidifier on our furnace. They explained how I could minimize the water flow until they came out the following day. They arrived when promised, did the work quickly and efficiently, and took care of the problem. I would definitely use them again.
