Description of Work: All I needed was the water turned on for my dishwasher. It took exactly one minute. He had the nerve to charge me 95.00 I want to file a complaint against Hank Klink plumbing for overcharging me. His men were at my home for five minutes. Hank klink is a crook and I will never use his service again. Don't you think 95.00 is a little too much for being here for five minutes? I want everyone to know he over charges. I will never use his service again and I am going to take him to court.

Description of Work: The first incident was a leak in my shower faucet. That produced a major leak that caused damage in the suite below. That was a repair that cost me. The second call fixed the leak. However, I was sent a bill for the first "repair." I refused to pay it.

Description of Work: A special fancy faucet would not work. Turned out it had been installed wrong and a part broken off in the hot water handle. They replaced it with a completely different unit.

Description of Work: Water in basement from drain backup got into the base of the hot water heater causing it to go out. The sump pump burned out. Hank and his associate came to my home right away and dried out a filter inside the base of the hot water heater. They got the heater working and replaced the sump pump with a new one. Hank is very thorough in his work, as are his associates. He returns phone calls promptly and kept me up-to-date on his progress.

Description of Work: WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A CISTERN PUMP. MR. KLINK WAS HERE TWICE, ORDERED PARTS, BUT WAS STILL NOT SURE HE HAD THE COMPLETE PROBLEM UNDER CONTROL SO HE CAME BACK WITH A PUMP SPECIALIST TO COMPLETE THE WORK.
