They were excellent and are right across the street. I had searched quite a few different plumbers before I had them do the work. Of all the people they were the most personable and genuine plumber. They explained everything. I have been ripped off several times before because I am an older woman and can?t hang around and watch what was being done. The young man who did the work gave me options and discussed it with me. He did not over charge me. I liked him a lot. Their price was in line with other quotes that I had got. They explained that the water that I wanted was not very good and suggested me a well guaranteed model. They stood behind their work and part for 20 years. They were very responsive. The person who did the work did not look professional, but his work was professional. He was more than willing to come and work when I was at home and worked around my schedule. I would use them again in future.

THE OWNER WAS A NO CALL/NO SHOW. I WAITED TWO HOURS AFTER THE PROMISED TIME, CALLED HIM AND HE SAID "I DROVE PAST AND THERE WAS WATER IN YOUR DRIVEWAY, I DIDN'T WANT TO DRIVE THROUGH IT". WE HAD TWO INCHES OF RAIN THAT MORNING, IT WAS GONE BY THE TIME I CALLED, BUT HE REFUSED THE SERVICE CALL. A PROFESSIONAL WOULD HAVE CALLED, HE HAD MY PHONE NUMBER. $200.00 WAS THE ESTIMATED COST OF THE REPAIRS. I BOUGHT THE PARTS.

HE CAME OUT QUICKLY. HE DID THE WORK VERY EFFICIENTLY. HE IS SOMEBODY I WOULD CALL AGAIN IF I NEED ANYMORE PLUMBING WORK DONE. THE PRICE IS FOR THE MOST RECENT VISIT.
