FALCON FLOORING

We were pleased with Gary's work several years ago and called him back to do more work. He did not disappoint. The first time I was amazed at how little dust was created but this time, he had new equipment that reduced the dust caused by the sanding to almost nothing. Other than the need to move furniture out of the rooms being refinished, there was no disruption. Gary was most flexible with scheduling, fitting our job in right away. I found his prices very fair. I had an unexpected emergency and he accommodated my schedule for which I was most grateful.

I used Falcon Flooring the in past, and I called them again because their prices are good. They did a great job matching the color of the finish in the bedroom with the hallway.

Gary promptly gave us a written estimate and scheduled the work when we needed it to be done. He came when he said he would and did the work well. The original floor had damage which he repaired - it looks like a new floor now. We needed some wood replaced under a radiator and that repair wasn't a problem for him. Very pleased with the service and results.

Gary gave us a clear explanation of the work involved in refinishing our floors. He seemed very knowledgeable and a hard worker. He gave us a written list of references. I believe we would have been satisfied with his work if we had hired Gary. However we did not hire him as we went with a company who offered a lower quote.

They were excellent. The price was great, they were very professional, they were very easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would.

Gary & Scott did a beautiful job refinishing our hardwood floors. Gary was very helpful in helping us to select a stain color that matched our adjoining Pergo flooring. When the job was completed, the floors looked like they were brand new. It was amazing! Not only did they do a great job, but they were prompt, finished the job on time, were very professional and polite, and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!

Gary was very accessible and was great to work with. Several other companies I contacted, did not even return my calls. I had a project that came up unexpectedly, when I pulled up the carpet in my house and found some pretty worn old floors. Gary was able to fit the job in and work with my painters, to get the job done at a convenient time. They did a beautiful job refinishing the floors and were able to stain them ,to match the floors in the first floor of the house. There was no mess whatsoever left in the house. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone. I thought their price was reasonable.

I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS, THE SCRATCHES ARE ALL GONE AND DARK WEAR SPOTS ARE EITHER GONE OR BARELY VISIBLE. MY FLOORS LOOK GREAT!! THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP THE AREA. THE DUST WAS VERY MINIMAL AND NON-INVASIVE. THEY HAD TO CUSTOM MAKE OAK TRANSITIONS FOR MY FOYER AND FOUR DOORWAYS, WHICH ALSO LOOK GREAT!! THEY GAVE ME CARE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS, AND SAID I COULD CALL ANYTIME. I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS AND CO-WORKERS. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

GARY RETURNED ALL CALLS PROMPTLY. HE WAS VERY PUNCTUAL EACH VISIT. THE FINISHED FLOORS LOOK BEAUTIFUL. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT GARY OF FALCON FLOORING IF/WHEN THE FLOORS NEED A TOUCH-UP!

HE ARRIVED EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND INSPECTED THE FLOORS EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. HE GAVE ME HIS HONEST ASSESSMENT THAT WE REALLY DID NOT NEED TO GET THE FLOORS REFINISHED OR RE-COATED AT THIS TIME. HE BELIEVED THAT THE FLOORS COULD GO 5 YEARS WITHOUT ADDITIONAL WORK, BUT THAT I COULD CALL HIM IN SEVERAL YEARS FOR A RE-ASSESSMENT. I APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY SO I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE HIS SERVICES. HE ALSO ANSWERED OTHER QUESTIONS I HAD CONCERNING HARDWOOD FLOOR MAINTENANCE EVEN THOUGH HE KNEW THAT I DID NOT NEED HIS SERVICES. HE IS A TRUE GENTLEMAN. THIS WAS A WONDERFUL AND REFRESHING EXPERIENCE.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND ATTENTIVE TO MY QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS. BOTH MEN WERE POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND WERE GLAD TO ADDRESS ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAD.

DUE TO STARING A NEW JOB THEY 'SQUEEZED' ME INTO THEIR BUSY SCHEDULE AND HAD THE JOB DONE THAT FOLLOWING WEEKEND. THEIR SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!! THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD. I LOVE MY NEW DINING ROOM FLOOR!
