Work was good.

If He would be professional and do what He said he would do, ie bring the trim for the bottom and now tack down the upper trim that is buckling I would have given him a high rating. However, his lack of attention to taking care of this is frustrating. I paid him in full.

Excellent, I called Bob Wed AM, he came out & provided quote that afternoon. The door was installed the next day. When I was paying Bob I mentioned being surprised there wasn't a handle on the door - since most people have electric openers they don't come with a handle. Bob said he would take care of installing handle this weekend. Great Service, Quick Response time, Easy & Efficient - could not ask for better experience.

Bob and his team were extremely professional and well prepared to attack the challenge. They were in and out in 2 hours or less. After seeing this I would have let them install my other doors as well instead of committing my time. Highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Great. Bob responded to our call within 10 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation and replaced the spring. He was courteous and professional. He also explained that our model was an old model that would eventually need to be replaced with an updated model, but to wait and call him when it stopped working rather than do an update today. He explained that the current model could last a few more months. He did not pressure us to do the update today which we appreciated.

Bob did and excellent job and the door looks fantastic. My schedule was a little tough to work around and Bob was able to accomdate it. Great guy, excellent work. I would highly recommend using him.

Went well. I called around 9 or 10am and Bob Sanders came out around 1 pm as he said, He had to go back and get some parts but he had the garage door fixed by 3:30. It turned out that the pole that our springs were mounted on was bent, so it and the drums had to be replaced too, so it ended up be a little more than I had hoped, but the price was good and fair considering the additional parts and work that were necessary for fixing the door.

Bob came out to my house and repaired a major part of my garage that was necessary in order for it to open and close properly. He answered the phone at 715 AM and came earlier than expected, which was nice! He was very professional, punctual and gave us a good deal on the project. He told me what needed to be done and completed the project very fast. Offers a 3 year warranty on it as well! I am very pleased with his service and would recommend him and the company in the future. He is our new garage guy!

Bob and Dave were excellent contractors. Bob, the owner came out the same day I called and inspected my damaged garage door. He quoted about $500 to replace the damaged panels and repair the door. He suggested, however, that with the age of the entire system, it would be more economical to replace the whole system. He quoted $1050 to replace the opener, track, door, and seals on a single section 8'x7' door. Dave was able to install the system on a Saturday afternoon. Bob then came on Sunday to install the weatherstripping and go over the operation and maintenance. Overall, I am very happy with B&B's work and would recommend them to anyone. My one negative is that it was somewhat hard to pin down the install times with Bob. My recommendation is that he give a more detailed explanation when they are running late. I didn't mind having the job pushed back because they were wrapping up another one. I just wanted a better estimate of when they would arrive.

Bob saved my weekend. I use a Genie garage door opener, but the spring on the garage broke and the door wouldn't budge. When Bob arrived, he explained what needed to be done and did it quickly and in a professional manner. I would definitely call him again.

Their service was excellent. The only portion not completed is the weather strip for the bottom of the door, which they are coming out later this week to install. They coordinated with my insurance company about payment. Initially, I was very worried because there were some valuable items in our garage, so it was very nice that they came out asap. They quoted a reasonable price; it was a very pleasant experience!

Bob was prompt in coming over and addressing the problem. He installed the new tracking and door as quickly as possible. He was very capable in doing the work. I also appreciate that we had called upon him previously over the years to come fix the old door and he did these repairs too, for us. He did not try to sell us a new door prematurely.

Bob was responsive, came out within hours of my phone call. He had everything he needed to fix the broken spring. He was courteous and fixed the problem within an hour.

They were there right away. It took them about an hour to complete the job. There were no unexpected issues.

Overall, I'm pleased with the finished project. He cleaned up after the project was finished and took the old garage door and tracks with him. It looks great and he was friendly. He gave me advice that saved me money which I appreciated. I would hire him again. I only have one concern. I would like to be called in advance if for any reason the job can't be completed on the day planned. Fortunately, I was off the entire week so I could be there on the following day. I had to call on the scheduled day and ask when he was going to arrive at the house. At this time, I was told he wasn't going to be able to make it that day. I understand projects run over the time allotted but for someone who takes a day off from work to be there, this may be a problem.

I would definitely hire B&B again. Their professionalism was outstanding. They did not push me into the new garage door at all. It was completely my decision to change the door. Their work was fast and efficient.

Excellent service. Bob is very thorough and gets the complete job done right the first time. He doesn't install used parts like some garage door opener companies - all his parts are new. He looked over our garage doors and showed me what else needed to be repaired and why then asked me if I wanted that extra done work or not and the cost. For example, he showed me how the spring on other door was going to break soon and showed me why. He showed me some broken hinges on our door that was straining the electric opener. As a result, when he left, everything was repaired and in good working order. It's been two months and everything is working very smoothly. Would highly recommend B&B Overhead Door.

I had a door opener repair done a month ago, and the chain he replaced has now broken. The general quality of the other work was also poor as he used parts that didn't fit correctly. The new rollers were standard size, which do not fit my door properly.He has responded to my calls with excuses and repeated broken promises to come out. He has said several times on the phone that the entire unit needs replacing, which there was no mention of last month when he did the repair. I had part of the motor repaired a couple of years ago by him and I was happy with the work but this time is completely different. As an update on 5/20/2012, five months ago I corrected the job that they had done. I shortened the chain almost two inches so it wouldn't droop, and installed a new master link facing the right direction so it would not get picked off from dragging on things. It has worked perfectly since I did this, as the (residential type) opener is not the problem and is still in good health.

Bob is busy. That is a good sign for a contractor. He replaced my broken garage door opener with one that is more heavy duty than the one I had. When he installed the opener, he was quick and professional. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOB FOR ANY JOB. When we are ready to replace our door he will be the installer.
