I called and left a message and was called back promptly. I was surprised that he wanted to come to our house 1st to see the lay out and what all needed to be done. We are about 45 minutes from Mansfield. I asked if there would a charge for the trip and he said no. Imagine my surprise. He came, gave an estimate, and we made an appointment. When he came he had a helper and arrived a little early. We have never had this done before. Our furnace and duct work were installed in 1998, so its 16 yrs worth of whatever collects in ducts. =D We guessed it might take 2 maybe 3 hours ?? NOPE. They worked 5, yes 5 hours. They were very thorough and didnt mind if I asked questions. We would definitely use them again. As to the cost being too high, since we have never had this kind of work done before I am not sure about that. But of course any price could always be lower. That makes all consumers happy. We do however think it was a fair price and the job that was done was excellent. For others who may have never had this done before either, it is noisy.

Apparently they do a pretty thorough job cleaning ducts but are pretty expensive. We have a 1600 square foot ranch (+/-) and they wanted $700 (+/-) to do the job. We did not get it done.

Tough job - had to clean flex ducts in attic furnace. Footing was a challenge and they made no mistakes. I am impressed.
