Hazelback's Plumbing and Heating

I guess you can figure that out by what I wrote up top. They showed up and this time there were two of them. They knew what I wanted done but they had to go back to shop and get a metal detector to find the place where the sewer line was. I told the person on the phone that they would need this to find it. After this they had to go back again for drain cleaner. I don't think they wanted to mess with the snake for the sink. it took the two of them about 3and 1/2 hours to do this. I would say at least an hour of that time was going back and forth to the shop. I had this same job done about 5 yrs ago and they sent one person about 65 yrs old and he did it all in 1 hour and 15 mins. That is why I called them again no more. The next day one man showed up to put water heater in and this went excellent. He was in and out in about 45 mins.

I called them on Tuesday to have them come and install a toilet and new faucet. They said they would call back. Never did. The next day at noon I called again. They said " the order is on the board" and that they would call back. I got a call back (Thursday) about five minutes later. The plumber said he would be at my house at 7AM on Friday morning. On Friday I waited for over an hour and then I called them. They said that they had called me at 7AM to see if i were ready and awake. I asked why had they called instead of simply coming to the appointment they had set up as they said they would. The lady responded "Robin always calls." I asked her why she or he hadn't said that I should be waiting for a call instead of a person and why they hadn't simply come. She responded "Robin always calls." Since I was in another room and did not hear the call, they never came. I got a call back saying they could come later but i would have to wait for another call. After three days in which I had to keep calling them, they never arrived. They, like most people in the area, say they are coming but never do. I have had several people say they are coming but never show up -- mostly likely because the job is not enough money. I would never deal with these people again unless you have time to waste.

Their service was very good. They are a local business and I’ve known them for years.

Even though it was the 4th of July, I called to ask for a service call because my air conditioner quit working and wanted it fixed at their earliest convenience since I care for my grandchild and needed the air conditioning in the high heat. I didn't expect to hear from them till the following day, but the actual owner answered my phone call and came that same day and fixed it himself!! I was absolutely AMAZED!! I have NEVER had such punctual service of this kind from any other local plg/htg company. They have my business FOREVER!! And I was not gouged a horrible amount because it was a holiday. Truly refershing to see this kind of dedication to doing good business!
