Jordan performed the inspection after arriving early and was professional as well as informative. He inspected the house as if it was his family moving in, which I was thankful for because I have a one month old.

We were so pleased with our inspection today. We are first time home buyers and we didn't really know how this was going to work out. We were pleasantly surprised by your inspector Jordan. He was patient with us and walked us through everything we needed know, not only for any possible FHA issues but other minor issues that may come up years later after purchasing the house. He was very thorough and pointed out things I would never have thought to look for. Brooke was also very helpful and probably one of the nicer people we have worked with throughout this homing buying process.

Inspector started outside, circling house twice, then checked accessible roof by ladder and higher roof with binoculars. Then started in attic and worked his way down making lots of notes and pictures. I followed along and he kept me apprised of what he found. He used an infrared gun to check for moisture issues. He also made recommendations on appropriate maintenance. With the infrared gun he was able to spot a leak in the kitchen ceiling that would probably not shown up to the naked eye until it was damaging the ceiling. He also checked all the appliances for possible recalls and managed to find an appliance that had a recall. After completing the inspection he printed a copy of the report on site and reviewed it in detail. I was able to use the report to make a list of items for the seller to remediate.

The provider, Jordan Radloff, conducted a general home inspection. Having said that, it seemed anything but a "general" inspection and I mean that in the best way possible. Erie Inspection Service provided a very detailed and comprehensive binder, containing all discrepancies that were annotated by the inspector, which we were allowed to keep at the end of the inspection. The inspector went over the discrepancies page by page to insure that my wife and I understood exactly what he found and the severity of each issue. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who is on the hunt for the best home inspection at a fair price. You get what you pay for!

Todd was efficient. He didn't rush me or make me feel uncomfortable when I asked questions. Advised me on items that may not pass an FHA appraisal. Our inspection lasted approximately 3 hours. He also found some obvious things that we missed after walking the property two times prior.

He explained everything to me and showed me things right away when he found them. The existing home owner was there and said they wished they had used him for being so thorough and detailed. We received a copy of the inspection report before we left and he went through the entire report with us. Great experience with Erie. They included the infrared inspection free of charge. When I had the other inspection places quote the infrared was an extra $150, and Erie did it for free. Great experience, highly recommend these guys.

We wanted the best Home inspector in the area, and we seen Erie Inspectors were top rated on Angie's list. So we called Todd and the gang over at Erie Inspectors and they inspected our home with a fine tooth comb. Showed me everything and he was very detailed in his inspection. They even came out with a thermo camera and showed us the temperature difference in the wall vs the room we were standing in. Im very very pleased and satisfied with his service, and it was a little expensive I feel that paying for a high quality home inspection will save you thousands in the end. I highly recommend them to anyone!
