Great experience. Ed was amazing and thorough. Would recommend his company to anyone. Project was a lot more involved than we anticipated, but Ed took care of everything.

Ed arrived a little early but fortunately I had other people doing work and they could give him access. I called U.S.A. Dryer Vent out for what I thought was a routine cleaning. It was a bit more than that but easily taken care of. I have greater peace of mind knowing that a potential fire hazard has been remedied and my new appliance will hopefully last many years.

We had the most wonderful experience!! Our driver was overheating so had to make the call. Our service was exceptional from the first phone call to the end! Our professional cleaned everything out and found a dead bird in our dryer!! Beyond grateful for him and the price was lower then other quotesâ and 10x less then a new dryer! Highly recommend!!

Ed replaced our old dryer vent cap with a pest resistant cover and replaced the duct to the dryer. He cleaned the dryer and behind the dryer to avoid any fire risks. He was very through and professional explaining everything as he proceeded.
