I initially requested a call at 8 pm and got a response by text 5 minutes later...we set a time for 2 pm 2 days later and Ed showed up on time and was very professional and thorough, Ed went through our entire system and was able to find the vent clog and was done in about an hour, We were extremely satisfied. I would recommend USA dryer vent to all. Thanks, USA DRYER!!

Ed identified the problem with my dryer vent, fixed it and then cleaned it. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Ed did an unbelievable job. He explained everything he did and gave us a detailed overview before he did anything. He shortened out venting tube which was too long in order to make it less able to clog up. Ed was wonderful from beginning to end! He worked around my schedule and came out on a Sunday afternoon. His communications were clear and concise beforehand and his explanations while he was working were very welcome. He cleaned up afterwards and made look better than it did before. He even put up with my 3 dogs! ? And his flat-rate fee was much lower than other estimates. I highly recommend Ed and U.S.A. Dryer Vent!
