Ed was timely. At my discription of my concerns with lint build up behind dryer and throughout my home, he provided me a general quote. Once on the job and a thorough inspection he jumped right in. Explaining his findings one of which was a smashed duct restricting my flow considerably causing build up in my dryer and other proposed repairs he remained solid to his quote. Brought me up to code, fixed some inadaquate venting issues.Ed was able to get into tight spots that I would not be able to. I did help out a bit and was right there with him on each task.

Best Dryer Vent cleaning I have ever had done. I thought my new dryer was a dud but Ed found 3 clogs in my vent and showed me everything he was doing. My dryer is drying my clothes perfectly now thanks to Ed. He had a lot of obstacles to deal with ( small laundry room) and had to go on the roof and never complained at all. This is the only company I will ever use in the future

Ed was the ultimate professional. He explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost when we talked on the phone. When he came for the appointment, there were no surprises. It was just as he explained on the phone. He was polite and very thorough and he cleaned up everything, too. He explained every step and I saw all the before s and after s. He also showed me how I could take care of things myself between inspections/cleanings. I definitely recommend U.S.A.
