Ed was delightful. He came in and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He was on the roof twice and he left no mess anywhere. He gave me advice on something I should do and I was very pleased with him and the service provided.

The setup of the previous hose was not to code. Ed set up everything to code. He should me the previous setup fail and how the hose needed to be routed correctly. He was professional and informative. When the project was completed, everything was done, including the clean-up.
