USA Dryer Vent LLC was contracted one and out to my home the very next day. A price was given to me to do the work from the outside, at my request due to the covid-19, which was lower than if he had to come into the house.. however, he had to come inside due to the extent of my problem and still charged me the lower price. He was efficient as well as cautious, wearing his N95 mask and gloves. I highly recommend his services. Prompt, Efficient, Considerate, Reasonable. His business card is on my refrigerator.

Ed was great! He responded promptly to my request for a quote. He called to confirm his arrival time the morning of the appointment. He measured the output airflow on the exterior (roof vent) first. He said the output was relatively good and asked if I still wanted him to proceed with the cleaning. I did and am glad I asked him to continue. As soon as he pulled the dryer away from the wall in my small laundry room, he showed me two issues that were the cause of lint build-up behind the dryer. There was a hole where the flexible hosing went into the rigid vent pipe going to the roof and there was also a gap where the flexible hose connected to the dryer. These were apparently from the initial installation when the home was first built. He cleaned everything, replaced the flexible hose and securely fastened it at both ends including tape around where it connects to the exterior pipe. He was personable, neat and efficient and I would definitely hire him again when the time comes for another cleaning (he estimates in 18-24 months). Thanks, Ed!
