They are prompt and very professional. Ed, the owner, had a trainee with him. Ed was making certain that every protocol was followed Nd the job was thoroughly explained and done.

Ed was prompt and nicely cleaned. He wore all protected gear for virus. I found he was a fantastic conversationalist. After work was completed, he thoroughly cleaned up all lint, etc. and it looked brand new. I would personally recommend U.S.A. DRYER VENT, LLC to anyone. Lastly, He was very fairly cost effective. Ed was very knowledgeable, courteous, wore a mask, and explained every issue in detail and how to fix or prevent issue in the future.

Ed was informative the whole way through. Answered most of my questions before I asked. Called to schedule, called to say he could come earlier if I liked. House is new to us but 25 so weâ ve dealt with a lot of contractors in two years. Weâ ve had some great experiences but this one stands out as best. Thank you Home Advisor for referring us to Ed.

Ed is the owner of this company. He was extremely professional and very thorough. He explained what he was doing and how I could be aware in the future to prevent a problem. I highly recommend this company and would most definitely use it again.

Ed actually recommended I only needed the lower-priced cleaning option and also did extra work fixing the dryer connection so lint did not leak out the back of the dryer.

Ed was wonderful! He was very communicative, arrived when he said he would, and did a great job on cleaning the dryer vent. He also took time to explain everything to me. I would hire him again in a second!

He showed up on time,explained what needed to be done and did the work. He was neat,polite, and informative.

Ed is a very, very nice young man and extremely fair. When he arrived and saw the job he said I really didn t need anything. I had the best possible set up with only 2 feet run to the outside. Ed advised I never need to have it cleaned again. While he was here, Ed ran a before and after test, gave me certification and only charged me $45. That was far less than he had quoted for a regular home. As a single, senior lady, I know there are not many honest technicians out there saying you don t need service now or in the future. Usually I m complaining because men take advantage of me, tell me I need work done that isn t necessary and charge me an arm and a leg. I dare say most would charge the standard fee and want to continue servicing such an easy job in the future. Ed is a veteran and you won t meet a nicer young gentleman. I highly recommend him!

No doubt about it, I was 110% pleased. Certainly the work quality, customer service and value was exceptional. But, what I especially appreciated was the time Ed took to make sure that I understood what needed, and what did not need, to be done. Extremely honest and trust worthy. Will highly recommend to those in my community.
