Excellent work! He explained everything to me as he was working. Took pictures on his phone and showed me what the problem was. My dryer vent was totally clogged and he replaced it with a much better option than what I currently had and I was, extremely grateful. A true professional.

When booking, he explained the jobs he had in queue and we scheduled a time for the next day. He called ahead of the time and advised he could arrive early if ok and how soon he would be there. Upon arrival, he was very courteous and after reviewing the dryer venting, he checked the roof out and determined the wrong type of vent was there that should be replaced, but that would be a future situation when the weather is better. He went into the attic to review the ducting and determined there was no blockage at the top. Next, he used the roto brush to clean out the entire ducting and we were surprised at how much lint came out since we had only been using it for less than a month. During all of this, Ed explained exactly what he was doing and that the vent had not been cleaned out for a while. He was very honest with his recommendations and very clear in his explanations. Would definitely contact them again when needed.

I was contacted promptly by the company because of an Angie's list inquiry. We scheduled service call after he explained the possible issues that might have needed to be addressed. He was early (called to let me know he would be). Explained the whole process of what needed to be done. Very professional, courteous, mindful of not making a mess and cleaned up thoroughly. He was amazing, I could not begin to tell you you how I feel about him. I would have paid him 5 times what he charged me and that would have been ok with me after what I saw.. I had just bought a brand new washer and dryer and had installed and had been trying to dry clothes for almost 2 months and they were still wet and the mold smell was horrible..he pulled that dryer out the dryer vent was pushed all the way in against the dryer....story short....this was a FIRE HAZZARD, my grandkids bedroom is right above the laundry room...he saved my house, my family!!!! THANK YOU

Ed Hahn was punctual, did a very thorough cleaning, even spotting the wrong type outdoor vent flap that a cleaning company didnâ t recognize years earlier. My dryer went from a mere 237 to a full 1,594 FPM, and over half the drying time. Also very conscientious about COVID precautions. Highly recommend. Thanks Ed!
