Ed was great! He called me right back to set up appointment. We discussed my dryer vent problem, specifically that he needed to access the roof to get to the vent. He said that he can handle the problem, and that he could get out yet today. Then, he showed up, professional, courteous, got to the roof and fixed the dryer vent blockage. Ed and his company are top notch!

Ed came early, discovered the main problem quickly and went right to work. Very satisfied.

I highly recommend U.S.A. Dryer Vent, LLC. I had expected a “routine” vent cleaning. However, Ed’s thorough evaluation revealed that I had a severe lint blockage. Not only that, Ed’s examination identified that the dryer vent in my attic had become disconnected & lint had been accumulating in attic. I am so thankful Ed identified and fixed the problems before we had a fire. Ed was prompt and courteous while at my home and his fee was very reasonable.

The job was to clean dryer vent and repair vent duct to ensure not leaking. He quoted the job at $99. He actually went beyond the initial job. He vacuumed out the duct (10') and retaped all the joints. He found that the vent flap did not close so he offerred to replace the vent with new as extra $35 parts and labor. well worth it to me. He actually ran to Lowes to buy the new vent and completed the job. start to finish in 2 hours. Very responsive and willing to adjust the job.
