Excellent skill level. We used Ed 3 years ago to clean our dryer vent in our condo and received the same excellent service. In fact he uncovered a serious problem. We had just moved into our condo and they had just put on new roofs. The roofing company had forgotten to remove a chimney cap of some sort while they were putting on the new roof which would have trapped the heat from the dryer. This year we received the same excellent service when we had Ed out to clean our dryer vent. He is very customer service oriented!

quick & efficent

Excellent service provided by Ed. He was punctual and was very customer service oriented. We live in a condo so he had to get up on the roof to do the job. He also shortened our dryer vent hose which was too long so that the lint from the dryer would flow very easily from the dryer into the vent and up. We are very satisfied customers!

Terrific experience. So refreshing to have someone who takes the time to do things right. Ed could've simply cleaned out the dryer vent. Instead, he immediately looked at roof cap and attic and knew it wasn't right. In fact, it was preventing the air to get out, causing a backup. He let us know what the correction was and walked us through entire process. Super service at a great price. THUMBS UP!

Ed is absolutely incredible. Friendly, professional, and a true expert. We were experiencing numerous issues with our dryer, where it was requiring multiple cycles to dry, and moisture was coming from the ventilation, damaging our drywall. Our builder was insistent that it was an error on our part, but after some thorough investigation, Ed found that our ventilation was improperly installed. He was able to quickly install the missing component and provide thorough documentation, so our dryer is working like it’s brand new, and our builder is repairing our drywall.
