+ -1 moreChad bid lower than a competitor with less efficient units. We got top of the line Trane residential units for a good price. He installed the AC first and had it up and running before we could become uncomfortable on a humid summer day. The central AC unit was bigger than our slab so he installed a base and brace at on extra charge. The clean up was so good, the only memory they left was the cool, quiet comfort. He even filed the forms with our local electric coop so we will get a nice rebate. We will have to wait for colder weather to really test the furnace, but the reputation of the model installed leaves me on doubt that we are going to be satisfied,. I highly recommend this company for HVAC needs.
