Todd came out on Saturday morning to spray the cleaning agent and then returned Sunday morning to complete the cleaning process. Extremely pleased with the results and will have him out next year for routine roof care.

I also contracted with him, for an extra $50.00, to clean my aluminum siding, awnings and overhangs. He basically cleaned my whole house. The roof looked brand new. There was no more mold or dark areas. And the aluminum siding was all clean and white again. When I walked outside when he was done, I told him it looked like a brand new house. He really did an outstanding job. We were talking and I ask him if he gave discounts to military veterans. He said yes, and knocked 20% off the bill. I was so satisfied with his service that I gave him a $20.00 tip. He was very appreciative and asked if he could place a sign in my yard. He said he would be back in a week to check on my roof, just to make sure he didn't miss anything. He also said that he would call me back in one year to re-apply the mold and algae killer. He said this additional yearly service costs $75.00 each time, but I would probably never have to have my roof cleaned again. This was definitely money well spent!!
