We were represented by Baker and Cook in the sale of our home. They are residents of Bellbrook and are familiar with the area they represent. They met with us and explained their "recipe for success" after which a professional photographer came to the house to take pictures. Within a few days we were on their website, MLS, Zillow and other online sites. We received weekly updates and were in constant contact with them. We had a qualified, pre-approved buyer within 2 weeks and closed 45 days later. We were extremely satisfied with our representation and would recommend these ladies to anyone looking to sell a home.

After one month she quit in anticipation of being fired. Published bad pictures of the house on the MLS and claimed that she had no control over the pictures. Refused to do the normal things a realtor does after posting the listing. Made excuses about everything. She quit when I pressed for a meeting to discuss what she was going to do to sell the house. Her technique is to get the listing and let someone else do the work
