John Henry's crew was able to start work earlier than expected. They painted the entire exterior of our two-story home within a week and did an excellent job. We would recommend this firm to anyone looking for high-quality work at a very competitive price.

Not a good experience. Disappointed in the quality of the work and the attitude and work performed be the workers. They had no respect for our house or the furnishings. From the very start, one painter sat a 5-gallon can of paint directly on my 'almost white' carpet and was painting the ceiling. He put NO drop cloth or covering over the carpet. When I ask him about this procedure, he became very rude and said that is how he does it and that another worker will vacuum the carpet later. This was the type of work the performed through out the next long and excruciating 4 days. They had to repaint most of the ceiling because there were many streaks and roller marks. They blamed the Sherwin-Williams Paint for their sloppy work. There were areas of numerous walls where the existing paint was not covered. They also blamed Sherwin-Williams paint for that also. On numerous walls the paint was so heavy that a heavy amount of paint ran onto the baseboard. They attempted to repair several small areas of dry-wall. The repair was done but it was done very poorly. (when I discussed the minor dry-wall work with John Henry prior to them starting the work, he stated that his crew could dry-wall a complete house. The base boards were very poorly painted. I had painted the base boards the year prior and was in pretty good condition so his painting was very sporadic. I'm sure this crew does acceptable work on exterior commercial work; however, the interior painting of residential properties leaves a Whole Lot to be Desired. I would Never use this company again.

It has been good and it has lasted good.

The crew showed up as scheduled and proceeded to power wash the residence. A few days later they started painting. With a crew of six they were able to complete the job in one day. The house and attachment now matched, which before the color was slightly off. I would hire them again.
