I bought ceramic tile and bought extra because it was in stock and I was told I could return the extra. I had problems with the kitchen cabinets and did not pick up the 12 or so boxes of tile for 2 months. When they were picked up there were still many many boxes of that tile left. After the job was finished, I had 2 boxes left over and called to return one. I was told that the other boxes had been sold and that I could not return the extra box and that I was lucky had not been charged storage because I should have been. That was news to me and I can't believe that this that one partial stack of 16and quot; tiles in a big warehouse would warrant storage charges. Sandy was not pleasant at all and I would never go back to them as I don't think promises should be made and not kept. Also, if there was a time limit to return something it should be stated. It is not the amount of money, but the attitude.

My experience was good and I am very pleased overall. I would use them again if I have another project like this. I didn’t like that all of my materials did not come in as scheduled; it was supposed to take a week but it ended up taking a month. This is the first time that I’ve done a project like this so I don’t know how much it should cost.

We felt the installation teams did not do the best job prepping the tile surfaces and installing the carpet. Some of the tiles cracked and the carpet seams were visible from day one. We also had an issue over some custom tiling work where the salesperson had a different idea than what we had in mind. Overall, we've been much happier using a different vendor.

The installers came and were friendly and courteous. Very focused on their work and organized. It was an all day job with the removal of the base board, commode, carpeting, padding, floor prep and then installation of tile. And they did a great job of cleaning up behind themselves.
