Description of Work: we first contacted this co in August 2014. They came out and looked for the leak in our roof and said to call them back when we had had some rain. We have done so several times since then and they always put us off, saying they will return our calls, but they never do. We have now given up and will be going with a different company.

Description of Work: Once contracted everything moved fast. I have big unusual roof but they seemed to have no problem. Found tremendous amount of nails everywhere afterwards even though they used the big magnet. The attention to detail was a bit lacking as none of the vents cover nails were caulked and I later (a year) found out that the flashing in some areas was not replaced even though they were in poor shape. Phil was responsive to issues as I found them except for the flashing which I didn't find until much later and the nails which he said didn't have to be caulked. I would use him again just be more educated the next time on what needs to be done!! He and his crew were fun to work with and I felt I got what I paid for mostly (other contractors wanted way more than what he charged).

Description of Work: The responded immediately to my call and provided a very competitive rate. The job was completed timely and the left the site exactly as they found it. Very clean for this type of job. Provided samples and very good in keeping us up to date on their progress. Very pleased with the job done. Have had several compliments from neighbors. Great firm to work with.

+ -1 moreThe owner, Phil, came out and provided an estimate for a two-layer tear off and new roof. Phil is extremely personable and honest. I say the latter because we also had him look at our gutters to see if they needed repaired/replaced and informed us they were in good condition. I'm sure there are crooked companies out there that would have told us we needed unnecessary work in order to make more money off the job. We really wanted to hire Phil, but ultimately had to go with another company that better suited our needs at the time. We would still consider Eldridge for future work on our home.

+ -1 moreFrom the beginning, Phil was great. Very pleasant to deal with and the job was completed very quickly. It took two full days, and the job was excellent! From cleanup, to the crew, we were very impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof! We will be using them for any future needs.

+ -1 moreThe re-roofing was essentially a non-event. No problems.
Description of Work: Removed two layers of old shingles. Installed ice guard along all eaves. Installed 15 lb felt over remainder of roof. Installed new 30 yr shingles along with new edge drip, new gutter guard, new flashing, new pipe boots, new ventilation boxes, and new ridge vent. Reinstalled a power vent. Started about 11:00 am one day and finished shortly after noon the next day. Mr. Phillip Eldridge, owner, was on the job almost all of the time, working along-side his eight-man crew. Clean-up after the roof was completed was excellent. The crew was courteous and appeared to be very professional. Eldridge Roofing was recommended to me by relatives in the Xenia area.
