My sisters and I were looking for roofers My cousin recommended Diamond One Construction The best choice we ever made! Mick and Chad were such nice guys. Chad sat down with me and explained everything they were going to do and cost After the job was done he showed me before and after pictures. Their crew were very hard workers and they were fast. The roof completion was done in one day. Mick and Chad came back the next day for inspection. They did an outstanding job! I will be highly tecommending Diamond One Construction to family and friends.

The work was very professional and well done. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product. They were very hard workers and very friendly. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. The deck roof had to be supported, fascia taken down, railings removed, etc. and the cleanup after the job was great. Couldn't be happier!

Guy came to look at roof and said would have estimate in 2-3 days, 9 days later and I’m still waiting on estimate. Called several times, kept blaming someone else. Still no answer! Very frustrating

Guy came to take a look at job. Said he knew what the problem was and would write up estimate that day. A week goes by and nothing. Called and gal said they were running behind but he was working on it right now. Another week and still nothing. A total waste of my time. If you don't want to do the job just say so so I can move on. Not dependable.

Diamond One was very professional from the time of the estimate tile the completion of the job. Quality of the work was excellent and workers were all very respectful and good at what they do.

Initiallynseemd to be okay until dropping trash damaged my neighbor's siding. Cleanup was NOT per contract; was continually finding nails and scraps. AND long after the deal was done, STILL having issues with gutters leaking. He (Mick) avoided my calls and really didn't seem to care, always giving the excuse that he didn't understand why there was a problem. (Uhhh.. perhaps if he had visited when it rained he just MIGHT have figured it out. As time went on he was incommunicado and I have a halfassed completed job including fixing issues and ckeanup. Not to mention several yard decorations were broken despite contract talking about protection.

Mick and his crew were excellent, worked fast, neat, and very efficient. Cleaned up all throughout the installation, very professional. Price was excellent, more reasonable than other local vendors.

This summer we had our roof redone with some high quality roofing material from GAF. As can be expected with any job, there were glitches from lots of rain to delivery delays, etc. However, whenever a problem arose, the owner, Mick Nicola, would make it patently clear that he was going to take care of it. When you have a contractor you can depend on, that makes the job go so much better. Additionally, the crew that Mick used on the job was very respectful of the homeowners. They also went out of their way to clean up after construction. A GAF rep just inspected the job and gave a "Thumbs Up" to the roofing work done by Diamond One Construction. So if you want a roofer, who is good with people and is willing to make things right, you should strongly consider using Diamond One Construction. You will not regret working with Mick Nicola.

Called four times on different days. Never got a call back. We left detailed messages too. We had a nice project for them to quote; a master bath renovation. If this is how they treat (or don't treat) customers, I can only imagine how reliable they would be in showing up for work.

They were very professional and provided a well organized and competitive quote. They were on time and the crew was great. Good workmanship - they spent extra time to resolve problem areas. The only complaint is that some of the old metal flashing and unused roofing materials were left on site and they did not return to pick them up. We had to wait a bit longer than we would have liked for the work to begin, but that was likely due to a stretch of bad weather pushing out their schedule.

Luke contacted us promptly when we inquired about their services. He came out and gave us an estimate a few days later. He showed us all the options, gave us samples to look at, and went through their contract and warranty with us. A month later they started on our roof which is 3500 square feet. They arrived on time and completed everything in 2 and 1/2 days. They completely took off our old roof, fixed all the holes, took out and covered the leaking skylights, fixed our window coverings,and put on a new roofing system. They gave us the cheapest estimate out of everyone with a better shingle. They received several referrals in front of our home as they were completing the roofing project from others who were impressed by their work. I was really impressed with them, I was nervous because they gave us such a low quote but it turned out to be just a really great deal.

The company was very professional. They returned calls promptly, answered all questions. They worked around our schedules. They were very friendly, polite and respectful of the house and yard in general. Best price offered compared to others in the area. Great job, very satisfied.

It was a very good experience from start to finish. Would definitely use them again for other remodeling projects.
