They installed all five windows in less than a day and they were neat and cleaned up better than it looked before! They went above and beyond! The window installation process from this company was the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me in a long time! From the moment they arrive the professionalism was unmatched! So polite and friendly! I show them around and they immediately began! To be honest, I was nervous at first, considering we were getting 16 new windows, all upstairs, in a 103-year-old house, with windows that has never been touched. They did the job in less than four hours, with absolutely no damage to any of the trim, walls, or siding! They even cleaned up perfectly, with nothing left behind! I haven’t been this happy in a long time and I’m thankful the best company has brought a little joy to my life! When the windows downstairs need to be done, I know exactly who I’m going to call in what crew I’m going to request. My safe in home-improvement company is has been restored. If you ever need any windows done, I highly recommend them! 10 out of 10 I will do this again!

If you are thinking about using this company, PLEASE check out different sites before making your decision. They give a discount to you to write a good review BEFORE THE WORK IS EVER DONE. Check yelp and read those reviews. Had gutters replaced on my house and garage. They were here 3 times to measure and check the color of gutters. Said guy would call later that week to make apt. Never did just showed up. He went off my driveway not once but twice into fresh top soil and grass seed. It had rained so of course mud about 200 ft down the driveway. Had to fix topsoil twice. Left many old hangers laying around and long nails. Several small pieces of new cut of gutters that my dog cut his foot on. Said sliding door would be 8 weeks, took over 12. Door wouldn't lock, had to wait another 2 months for them to get parts, now it doesn't close right. I prepaid everything so had to put up with their BS. I would never recommend that company for anything. Do your homework first and don't rely on a company that gives a discount just to get a good review. I wish I would have looked into things more before using them.

Salesman Joe Marco was very good. He is bright, knowledgeable, professional and very personable. He along with his immediate supervisor met our home needs. This is the second sale with the company, they installed windows last year that have been terrific!

Eric was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to having a new front door! Universal Direct is an awesome company! I would totally recommend them.

We decided to go with Universal Windows and the rep that we were referred to was Cody Hinkle. He was very professional and knows all the ins and outs of his product and company and did an excellent demo. He was never pushy and worked with us on getting a price we were comfortable with. I would highly reccomend giving Universal a call for an estimate and asking for Cody Hinkle.

I had UWD come out to help me with another window project. Cody Hinkle showed up on time, provided me with valuable information and ideas. I will continue to use UWD for future home improvement projects and would recommend Cody as your sales representative.

Jake was very knowledgeable about the product. During the presentation he was open to my questions. I got the best price for a better quality product than other reputable companies were offering. Finally, the deal was offered without all the nickle and diming other companies added to their product.

It went great! Jaimie Herold was our sales representative and she was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to completely understand what it was about our existing windows that we don't like as well as what we were looking for in our new windows. We live in a condo community, so there are many restrictions on what type of windows we can have. Jaimie made sure that the windows she quoted us not only met all of the requirements of the home owners association, but also all of our requirements. She knew that we were working on a strict budget since we are in the middle of another home improvement project and wanted to have these installed before winter, and she worked with her boss to get exactly what we wanted while staying in our budget.

Jake was very knowledgeable and understanding. This is a big investment and we felt comfortable making a decision with the information he provided.

I have not had the new windows installed yet but the consultation and follow up were fantastic. Jake from Universal Windows came over to speak with my wife and I about some new windows. Though he was late from another appointment the team was very responsible in letting us know he was running late. Jake was very knowledgeable about the product and was not pushy when it came running the numbers and getting us to buy windows. I cannot wait for our new windows,

This is the second time I have used Universal Windows Direct. This first time was to have all new windows put in my home. This time was to have new shingles and gutters installed. The staff from sales to dispatch to installers were great. They made sure I was happy in every way! Carey in dispatching is on top of his game and works hard to coordinate everything. John Paul worked very hard to make sure the end result was my happiness. Dusty Sill and his roofing installers went above and beyond to make my home look great. Tony installed my gutters and it was like the frosting on the cake. People in my neighborhood have said how amazing my home looks. Thank you to all the employees that came in contact with me.....my home looks fantastic!!

I loved doing business with Universal Windows Direct. The salesman was delightful and the price was amazingly reasonable considering my front door was a custom size. The quality of the door and the expertise of the installers was phenomenal. I will gladly contract them again when needed.

I got quotes form other companies but this company showed me the get go that they have great products and services. The workers are professional, quick and clean up after them selves. there is a mark difference between the old and the new windows with regards to the sounds outside the home and improvement on utility cost.
