Universal Windows Direct of Cleveland

We recently got all our windows replaced through Universal Windows direct. Ted and Cliff we're the crew leaders, and all worked very efficiently and all were very professional. They also made sure to take the time to answer all of my questions along the way and explain everything about the windows before they left. Eric the field supervisor also stop by to make sure everyone was working as they should be and to see if I had any questions he could answer. A very good experience in every way and as an added bonus we could not be more happy with how our bay window turned out. It looks incredible inside and out!

We had a few Universal Windows installed and love how sleek they look so we decided to finish the rest. The sales rep, Jake, was very helpful and worked with us to ensure we got what we wanted.

I worked with Eric Sears on purchasing the windows. He is very professional and did not pressure. Spent time to determine needs and helped identify rebates to reduce cost. Eric Callahan did the installation and was great. He does some of the nicest finish work I have seen. The outside framing to existing siding was top notch and beautiful.

Jake Frantz was a fantastic salesman. He sold us both and we wrote him a check. Hopefully the company will deliver just as good as Jake did. If the service is as good as their salesman we will recommend them to family and friends. The final review will come once the product is installed.

The installation was great came in put protect cloth down removed old windows installed new windows friendly techs introduced them selfs cleaned up after done showed me the work ask me if I had any questions I said no looks great thanked me said if I had any questions call them I would use them again

Team was punctual and performed the work very efficiently. The only cosmetic concern we had the team returned and addressed as they committed to doing. We are satisfied customers.

The entire house looks great. You can really notice that the draft is gone around the windows. I had two different teams (windows) and (front door)... all team members where polite, where able to answer all my questions, totally professional. I have one more door to replace and not hesitating to call Universal Windows.

Installers were very professional and courteous. They cleaned up before they left. So far, pleased with the windows.

We were very impressed with the salesperson Dave Volpe, he spent adequate time explaining the product and answering questions, while not being pushy. Nick Mihaila and his crew were very professional and courteous and although not having the best weather conditions to work in, they maintained as neat and clean a work area as possible under the conditions. The work was completed in a timely fashion, again taking into account the weather conditions they had to work under.. And finally thank you to Eric Sears, for stopping by to follow up on the work and ensure that we were satisfied with the progress and offer his assistance if we needed anything. All total we are very satisfied with Universal Windows Direct, and their representatives and installers, and will recommend them to others.

Marvin and Troy's crew were fantastic! They were punctual and courteous. They laid down drop clothes all through the house and, when they were done, cleaned up everything! This is my first remodel of this size and I shopped around. Universal gave me the best price and quality product for what I needed. I am so pleased with the finished quality of the product. Hoping that the crew would show up late since it was the day after Christmas.. nope, they were in time and ready to roll. From Ben Drake, the installer crew, to Eric Sears, the field supervisor, everyone was outstanding, very professional, and hard workers. The windows look great, and they did a hella great job installing them. I can't believe how fast they got the job done. Plus the crew was very friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell they know what they are doing. Mr Sears, the field supervisor, came by to check on the work. I will definitely pass along this company to anyone looking for quality window with great workers. Plus they have Joe Thomas, future hall of famer, as a spokesman!

The whole process was great including the sales guy, the guy who showed up to measure the windows, Joey T. was our installer and they look absolutely perfect, and finally their field manager Eric Sears even stopped by to double check the work. They were all so polite and on time!

The customer service is fantastic. Responded very promptly to requests or questions. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Service techs did an excellent job with the installation and with cleaning up after themselves. Everyone from the sales staff to the installers were professional and helpful. And the warranty offered by Universal Widows is exceptional!

Jake was very helpful and professional. Thought it would be an hour presentation but actually was more than 2 hours. Jake answered all our questions and really tried to work with us. Had to wait until Monday to get a copy of our contract. Put down a deposit. Now awaiting the measuring folks and then the windows themselves. So far... a good experience.

Top notch. Universal Windows is the way to go. They are very acurate with everything from measuring, building and instalation. Also the sales staff is top of the line.

Jake came and spoke to my husband about a quote. He was on time, very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the window options and answer any questions. He was very thorough and professional. We will refer Jake and universal windows director to anyone.

It was a great experience. Beginning with our field manager Eric all the way through with our installer Aric. I would highly recommend Universal Windows and will be using their services again this summer to finish our upstairs windows.

Amazing on time good price excellent work

Unbelievable I cannot say enough great things about the whole process!! Eric and Ryan Callahan did the install so professionally, clean, polite, and extremely quality workmanship!!!!! Will be buying more windows and will definitely have these two gentlemen installing them!! Eric Sears stopped by and checked out the job I thought that was very different never had anyone check on a job!!!! Will be telling everyone I know about this great experience!!!Also unbelievable quality in the window!!!

We were so impressed with our window installation. Our installers, Cliff and Ben, were absolutely top-notch! They were professional, careful, thorough, and cordial. They took the time to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction, cleaned everything up at the end of the day, and worked through a cold day of pouring rain! The windows are very well made. We ordered the wood grain and they match our 122-year old woodwork perfectly. Our house is virtually sound proof with the new windows. We are very pleased.

I had a young gentleman story by my house on October 27th ask if I would like a free estimate since they had just completed some work in the neighborhood. Cody Hinkle, came out on October 31st to help discuss/design my home. While he was here, he did a great job educating me on their windows and doors, especially in regards to making my home maintainance free. At this time with the discounts that were given, I thought that this was a great opportunity to purchase what i needed.

The team of Paul and Billy were very professional. They were punctual and explained the process would take approximately 1 and a half days. They explained the order the windows would be installed and what work would take place inside and outside of the home. Afterwards they cleaned up after themselves, hauled away the old windows (to be recycled) and answered all of our questions.

From my first meeting with the Representative who set up my appointment, to the meeting with the Sales Representative to the day the windows were installed, I can tell you I have never dealt with more of a professional organization than Universal Windows Direct. They were so personable, friendly, helpful and understanding when I had questions and concerns. When they came to install the windows, they showed up on time/promptly. They were professional and explained everything they were going to do and got to work immediately. The windows were installed quickly and cleanly. No mess was made inside or outside of my home. Just before they were finished, I received a call their office wanting to know how things went and if I had any questions (which I did) and all my questions were answered. They also advised that if I had any further questions later on, to just give them a call at any time. I would most definitely recommend Universal Windows Direct to anyone looking for a professional and outstanding company to work with. My neighbors have asked me about the company and how happy I am with the work. They have complimented me on the look of my home now. I am so proud of how beautiful my home looks.
