We purchased windows from Universal Windows Direct for the majority of our home February, 2015. We could not believe the difference of our heating and air conditioning bill immediately! We love the windows! Stylish and cost effective. April of 2017, we called to add a kitchen window and front door. Jake Frantz was our sales rep and he was incredible! The installers were both very professional and punctual. They covered my floors and furniture before starting the job and cleaned everything up once done.

Just finished doing a window order with Steve Sevinsky today and he did a great job with the whole presentation and order detailing and can not wait for the new Windows. Fairly smooth and timely job. Jonathan Helmath was the installer. He was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. His partner's name was Tiger, and he was friendly. Together they did a great job. There was minor damage to the interior trim around the windows when removing the old, but they were able to fix it/smooth it out with caulk for a very satisfactory outcome.

It was a very positive experience. The workmen were very punctual, polite and knowledgeable! The windows look beautiful. I'm very happy.

Tom, and Paul were our installers. They were fast, professional, and personable. I felt they cared about the job they did for us. I would definitely hire them, and this company again. John Paul came by to check on our satisfaction and tweaked the product while the job was in progress so that we were totally satisfied when the job was complete.

It went great!!! The windows are so soundproof that one installer was outside a window with his radio playing, and when the other installer closed the window I had to strain to hear the radio! The windows blend perfectly with the surrounding internal woodwork of my house! Cliff and John were very personable, thorough, and clean. My only suggestion for improvement is that the financing paperwork is a little confusing. Other than that, very satisfied!!!

I think they should send out the installers to do their sales. Did not like either sales person that came out. I needed windows badly so I ordered them. Cliff was the install team. They were on time, friendly, worked very hard. Very professional. They made sure their shoes were covered and the inside of the house was tarred. Cudos to Cliff and John. If I get the rest of the house done it will be because of the installers.

Our sales guy Nick was great explaining the different window and door options. He was not pushy at all, that was a big plus. We placed an with him that day. A few weeks later they called and scheduled the date and time for installation. The installer Eric and Jake did a fabulous job . Eric took his time and our windows look amazing .

This time just windows. But in the past I had windows and doors replaced. They are very professional and down to earth not to mention local. The installer I had Brian Helmuth was awesome, thanks Brian I appreciate your professionalism.

Salesman and installer (Brian Helmuth) did well. There was some confusion with the installation date but Brian worked quickly so we didn't have a problem.

This is the 3rd time my husband & I have had Universal Windows install windows in our home. Although the home is only 19 years old, the builder put the poorest quality window in the house. We started back around 2010 & had all the "standard" windows replaced as well as a French door changed to a slider. That went VERY WELL. When we put an addition on our home in 2016, we again contacted Universal Windows & met with Craig Fletcher. Craig is very knowledgeable about the windows & gave us his best recommendation to suit our needs. No high pressure sales either, which is GREAT! We had 4 new windows & a front door, both interior & exterior installed. This past January we had our largest windows replaced (6 - 4x6 plate glass with 6 - 4x18" transoms) & couldn't be happier with the product or installation crew. Although we live in the rural part of Geauga County & live in the woods it has cut the noise down tremendously. Even through the high winds that we have had we could hardly hear them. The old windows would make a creaking noise & we knew it was windy. Also since we got triple pain, the outside cold stays outside and lets in some of the heat, but has curtailed that as well as the old windows let ALL the heat in damaging the interior of the home. We still have a couple of windows & doors that will need replaced & we will AGAIN call no one else but Universal Windows Direct! AWESOME COMPANY AND WARRANTY

From the initial estimate until installation was complete, I was very impressed with the speed and accuracy of all concerned. I was especially impressed with the installer (Brian Helmuth). He arrived on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and presented himself in a very professional way. Upon completion of the job he removed the old window pieces, cleaned and vacuumed the work area and explained the workings of the new window. A definite asset to Universal Windows Direct.

Very well. Contractors (Jonathan and Tiger) were professional, friendly, efficient, and punctual.

I contacted Universal Windows to provide an estimate for 6 windows and a bay window and was very displeased with their service. First of all, their pitch took a few hours to complete which we were not expecting. Then, the salesman offered a ridiculous price for all of the windows and told me he could take thousands off the price if we signed tonight. We told him he was out of his mind and then he proceeded to show us the "amazing" window technology with a blow torch. I felt very uneasy and threaten that this man brought a weapon into my house without telling/asking me upfront. Because of this horrible experience, we did not go with this company and instead went with a company that was very professional and told us upfront what the cost would be for each window, unlike what we experienced with Universal Windows.
