Not only did they remove our ancient swing type cottage windows from our sunroom in such good condition that we can either donate them or re-use them, but they installed the new windows so perfectly that it looks like a brand-new room in a 100-year-old house! They arrived and completed the 10 window job on time and cleaned up everything before they left. I highly recommend this company and this team.

Jake Frantz was our sales rep and he was amazing. He did not pressure us into the sale and worked with us for our windows to fit into our price range. He gave us all of the information that we needed and demonstrated what a great product we were about to receive.

Excellent. Windows ordered and delivered on the day sales rep said they would. Took 2 days as we were told. Install team on time. Very professional, polite and did the little extra things to make it go smooth. The inside blinds had to be taken down and re hung. Without question the install team preformed this task. Windows were washed/polished. Great guys! Will use Windows Direct on the next round.

While the sales presentation went as expected, starting with an extremely high price, you just have to wait until the price comes down to one you're comfortable with. Having received several other quotes we knew approximately how much we should expect to pay and did end up with an acceptable quote. The salesman was very knowledgable and patient. The installers were prompt. Cliff did a very good job installing the windows. He was quick and professional, using drop cloths and shoe covers to protect the flooring. Once all the windows were installed he took the time to go over the operation of the windows, explaining the tilt in, lock mechanisms, screens etc. Very pleased with the new windows.

I'll be honest; my intention was to get a quote and move on to getting quotes from others to find the cheapest price. I ended up signing paperwork to replace over 30 windows and 3 sliding doors. Universal Windows Direct was the fourth company to come out and give us a price. Out of four companies, Jake (our sales guy) had the most impressive presentation and was the most prepared. Our windows are not old, but are contractor grade, meaning cheap. We are having major condensation issues and several windows are foggy. Out of four companies, Jake was the only one to explain why we are having the problem and why these new windows will not make the problem repeat itself. The product is almost identical to one of the top (and most expensive) window companies out there. The price on the other had was very hard to walk away from. Jake was courteous, respectful and very polite.
