Jake Frantz was great! he was very professional and took his time to explain everything in detail.

The windows and doors were installed efficiently although it took 2 days instead of 1 because they were short-handed. The crew were very nice. They removed the door stop on both original doors and did not replace them. The doors swing too far open and bang the closet & wall behind them. Have requested to be fixed and no response. Also, they put a hollow metal facing below the front door and it is dented -haven't even made the 1st payment yet! Again, no response. Was promised tickets to TSO for the estimate on the gutter work - nope -never got those either. Oh, and for a 1/2 day delay - the rep at the fair set our appt. up on 8/1 instead of 7/31- we missed out on Free windows for the more than 15 Tribe wins. That was a very costly blunder. These folks are very expensive and unresponsive when things are not right. The gutter salesman said he would put in a repair ticket immediately. Unsure if that was ever done? Very seriously disappointed right now. I am very sorry but just can't give a positive review in light of all the blunders and lack of response to fix the doors and the sill.

Could not be happier with Jake and his overall presentation. Fully explained options, was on time, polite and VERY thorough. Would absolutely use Universal again. I would would absolutely call Jake again.

My sales rep Jake Frantz was very personable. He was professional as well as pleasant. He explained everything to me in laymen's terms as I do not speak "windows". He answered all of my questions and I left our encounter very satisfied with his services. He did all that he could to make it possible for me to get this work done. i would definitely refer him to others.

Their advertised slogan is "buy one get one free". That is ABSOLUTELY untrue. When we asked about it we were told a bunch of mumbo-jumbo. When we pressed the issue, we were told "no". Not sure how they get away with claiming that offer when it is not true! Very aggressive and would not leave unless we signed-up that day. A 1 hour appointment lasted 3 hours. Regardless of the explanation they give: Buyer Beware!!! Do not recommend this company. Quality appeared to be good but when you cannot believe their primary sales offer, you have to question everything else you are told. Their initial quote was reduced by 40% at the end. They said we would have gotten all the resulting discounts even if we signed at the original quote. Very doubtful about that! Again, Buyer Beware.

Couldn't be more satisfied. Ben and his crew were very polite and friendly. They were very organized and never stopped working until the job was done. They did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased with my new windows .

Jake is excellent and very knowledgeable. he is absolutely the best salesmen and truly the best at all his explainationands is wonderful and I am a very cheap person and he sold me.

If you like high pressure sales and being made out to be stupid because you don't buy their windows on the spot, by all means, go with this company. However, if you as a consumer like to do research before making a big purchase, I'd stay away.

Workers were very efficient and friendly. Work was done in a timely manor. They made sure carpets and floors were covered.

It started off spectacular! I sent a request online yesterday and within one minute my husbands phone was ringing! We set an appt. for today. Jake Frantz showed up 5 minutes early and had a wonderful presentation - unlike any of the other businesses we were getting quotes from as the others came in, handed us a brochure, took pics, and were on their way. Jake not only did a wonderful presentation, explaining everything, but he provided us the cost on the spot. He was very easy to deal with and was very kind, answering all of our questions. We missed the Tribe promotion but he negotiated fairly and he left our home knowing he made us very happy customers!! We can't wait for our new windows to be installed! After initial contact with Joe, we met with salesman Marquiss. The windows were ordered and installation took place September 12 and 23, Installers Pat and Roy were fantastic. We cannot believe the quality product they delivered. From beginning to end the service I received was outstanding. We are now going to have the attic window and back door done!

Great! the installers set up a time, came out and installed as one unit. Answered all of my questions, cleaned up and didn't destroy any of my outside plants. The owner came out after they were done to make sure all was completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows!

We have contracted to replace all 14 of our windows due to the thorough and knowledgeable presentation by Jake Frantz. He explained everything there was to know about the windows we were looking for. He demonstrated how the windows worked, locked, how they were put together, with a small mock-up window. He was friendly, not a high-pressure sales person, & honest. AND he gave us an extremely good price on windows for our whole house.

Completed the job in two days. Roof looks fanastic.

Fantastic!!!!!. Installers John and Dave were great. I would recommend them to anyone. They were very nice, friendly and excellent at their jobs and cleaned up after themselves inside and out. I love my windows. I would not go anywhere else for doors or more windows.

Universal Windows Direct had the highest quality product at the best prices. The sales representative, Alex, was pleasant to talk to, on time and knowledgeable.
