The salesman, Jeff, was prompt and courteous and was able to get me the price that I wanted. They haven't installed yet, but I'm told by others that they do a good job. Just hoping that they can rush it.

Everyone we interacted with, from the sales rep to the installation crew, were professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The installation was much faster and less disruptive than we anticipated. They took great care to leave our home neat and clean. We are very happy with the quality of the windows and the workmanship of the installers. Have only had them for a few days, so can't address improved energy efficiency or durability, but there has been a noticeable difference in outside noise, as promised. Looking forward to washing the tilt in windows in the future. They are very easy to operate. Overall very satisfied and would recommend Universal Windows.

The roofing crew arrived at my house around 8:15 AM and got immediately to work at stripping off the old shingles. It wasn't long after their arrival that one of their team informed me that a considerable portion of the wood underlayment on my roof was in BAD shape and would require replacement, a circumstance which would add roughly 10% to a bill which was already a bit thick to begin with. Still, quality shingles over a lousy foundation make no sense ... and it's worthy of note that SOME roofing companies would have just gone right ahead and used that existing (and badly flawed) foundation. Long story short, they finished up around 3:45 PM and cleaned up THOROUGHLY, leaving me with one VERY FINE LOOKING NEW ROOF. The paperwork was dealt with (with one small issue which I'll alert UWD to), but overall, I have to say big-time kudos to Dusty and his troops. They done good.

Universal Windows were prompt and professional.Just wanted you to know that I was very impressed with the live demonstration they did to show that there product is a real game changer in the difference in the seal they use between the windows on how effective it is on repelling heat/cold from the outside while still containing house temperature to other mass produce windows also they give a great lifetime warranty on there product plus a discount for Veterans too so that is great.. All together between the extensive background they also do siding along with other stuff check them out before you lose out on a great deal.
