SBR Concrete

Extremely disappointed! Its too bad that Ryan did not even respond to say he did not want the job after I followed up several times about getting a promised quote from him. Ryan came out 6 weeks ago as I had called him and told him I had a unfinished botched concrete staining job by another contractor on my sunporch. He came out and we had a great discussion about redoing the porch so it would look nice. We reviewed what the previous contractor had botched with a list of the materials that were used...porch stained came out almost black vs. a medium brown. Ryan knew exactly what they had done wrong and knew exactly what it would take to fix it. He took my email address in which to send a quote to. Mentioned he was going out of town the next week, and gave us a web site of the product he uses to look at photos to determine what we would like. I never heard from him again in spite of emailing him and 3 phone follow ups. I even left a message asking that if he were not interested to please drop an email or phone message saying so and we would move on. I had really liked this guy and knowledgeable he was and would have hired him. Unfortunately its to bad that what is probably a good business does not think that its important to give a call back even if they don't want the job. Extremely disappointing to be left hanging like that.

I am extremely pleased with the first rate work and price. He did exactly what he said and was full of recommendations about which way was best for my project. This is who I will be using when I need more concrete work done at my home. Look at the website and see the level and quality of workmanship. The results were no different than on my home. I am very pleased.
