 + -1 moreCourteous and professional the cost of the service maintenance includes changing the air filter. This may not seem like a big deal but the air filters for geothermal units cost about $40, though they only need changed once a year.
Description of Work: Northern installed my geothermal heating and cooling unit in my home (2010) and I have used them for routine maintenance and checkup every couple of years since.

 + -1 moreIt went well. They always do a good job, that's why I have them come out annually to check it in the Winter and check it in the Spring. I've had good service with them. They're excellent. I generally get two or three guys that I consider regulars. They've been here before. They know where everything is. They did a good job. They were very responsive. Whenever I call them, they're always able to give me information before he goes into the office. For me, it works out very well. They're right on time. If they tell me that they're going to be here at a certain time, they'll be here. They explain what they're going to do and what needs to be done. They don't mess around.
Description of Work: I used Northern Heating & A.C. regularly. They just replaced an air conditioning unit about two months ago.

 + -1 moreWe stuck with them because they are always being very courteous and on time and reasonable. I think they are always very polite and discreet and I've never had any problems with the clean up. I would definitely believe in their knowledge as well as all round professionalism. We've used them for the last 6 years.
Description of Work: We use Northern Heating and A/C all the time. We use them twice a year every year. The last time they came out was in last fall maybe October. It was for the annual checkup for the winter.

 + -1 moreWe actually have 3 seperate units each of which they checked for maintenance. We have used them as long as we have been in the area and found them to be polite, prompt, and very respectful. We have had no problems with any of the work they have done for us over the years.
Description of Work: I hired Northern to do some maintenance on our A/C system.
