Marcus and Felipe were an excellent team! They arrived on time, thoroughly explained the process, respected our home by laying paper and plastic to protect our hardwood floors and carpet, kept me informed throughout the two hours they were working, explained when they would return to check on the drying process, and left our house clean. They were friendly and very professional.

I would give this company more than five stars if I could. After being away on a business trip, I came home to a breached pipe and water damage to seven rooms in my house which wasn't discovered until 6:30 p.m. and after a four-hour drive. Needless to say, my stress and shock levels were off the chart. Robert was my first responder, and he arrived at my home immediately after my call. Even during our phone conversation, he took the time to express how sorry he was that I was going through this...that went a long way with me. When he arrived, he was thorough, helpful, calm and reassuring that they would help me through this. He also contacted Travis, who promptly called me and immediately dispatched Roman and Kevin, who arrived at my house to begin the process of remediation. Roman and Kevin were equally pleasant, thorough and helpful, and they stayed at my house until the initial steps were completed at 1 a.m. in the morning. Through this entire process, the service I received was delivered with positive attitudes, exceptional client service, sound technical knowledge/expertise and a true "customer-first" mentality...you don't find that often anymore. It is obvious that this company treats their employees with great respect, which their employees then pass on to the customer. I highly endorse Cleveland Water & Fire Restoration, and I am grateful to have such a "dream team" during an otherwise stressful situation.

Steve provided a practical approach for remediating a small area of mold discovered during a ceiling repair. He was also patient and answered all my questions that I had developed based on my on-line research. He even went a step above and worked with his parent company to do the basic drywall repair which was not typical for a job of this size. The company is busy so scheduling can be a challenge but the results are great.

The team was prompt, handled everything with care, kept us informed of the work to be done, submitted proof and pictures to the insurance company and completed the project quickly. Our home was kept clean and safe during the material removal and we were very pleased with the outcome. Would definitely hire again! Thanks for a job well done!

This company is the epitome of professionalism. Steve worked with me to provide a plan to store my belongings and have a dumpster for waste articles. That took more creative thinking and research due the amount of things being salvaged, the needed space for the dumpster and the need to park two cars in the drive. He provided the estimate that was an excellent value and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. His team arrived promptly on the day scheduled, had the necessary PPE and a positive friendly “can do” attitude. They confirmed the expectation set by Steve as to how the work would be completed and made sure I understood and was in agreement. They removed everything (either for storage or the dumpster,) sealed off the living space and remediated the mold that also included cutting out parts of the dry wall. The “put back” team was as professional as the “take out” team. They arrived as expected, set the expectation and made quick work of returning the items. What cannot be captured in this review is the personal care that Joshua and team provided to help me discard items that were still good, but should have been disposed of years ago. We laughed a lot about why I would want to keep an unopened wired computer headset that was good for Windows 3 circa 1990! Prior to the “put back” team’s arrival, Steve came and tested the area to confirm the mold was gone and it was safe to inhabit. The team came and put things where I wanted and made sure I had room to walk in the laundry room because most stuff went in there because the flooring for the rec room had not been completed. Thank you Steve and Josh and crew.

Amazingly! I can't say enough about this company! We were impressed from the very first phone call (they knew already that we'd be calling because the plumber who referred us had given them a heads up) and were ready to take action. They impressed throughout the whole process but I think the most critical thing we appreciated was that they didn't treat it as routine FOR US. They do this every day; address emergency fire and water clean-up efforts. The average person does not. They didn't take that for granted and were extremely patient, reassuring, and informative about how each step in the process would go. They took extreme care with our belongings and cleaned up behind themselves. They checked back often and followed up when they said they would. They even coordinated directly with our insurance adjuster. Impressive does not begin to describe this company. They are doing the right things and I hope they continue to do so as they grow.

It could have not gone better! From Josh to Randy to David to Colton we were WELL taken care of. The kindness,professionalism,knowledge,expertise and patience is almost no where to be found in today's world. The follow up,follow through and promise keeping was outstanding. I was visiting my mom from out of state and they cared for a 92 yr old women who is hard of haring as if she were their family member. They did everything they promised.

Peter came out on time and was in and out in an hour or so for an 1800 sq ft home that is 120 years old. Any questions I had about the process he answered thoroughly. Peter also gave suggestions on how to lower spore counts and keep the home safe for our family. He was also easy to talk to and kept my son entertained as he was reading the mold report. Easy to book an appointment and paid virtually. Go with these guys!

The Restoration by Keselman team was responsive, polite, and provided quality work. The project required multiple steps, and it was all done quickly and efficiently. The problems we had with mold are gone, with quality work replacing what was torn out, and we are asbestos free! The insulation work done in the crawl space beneath the kitchen has taken care of the problem we had the last two winters ( we have been in our house 3 years) with freezing pipes. Restoration by Keselman has done a wonderful job restoring my home after a destructive electrical fire. We reached out to Restoration by Keselman in the aftermath of the fire, and immediately had a meeting scheduled with Zak, the owner of the company, and Petr, their restoration lead. During our initial meeting Zak and Petr made it apparent that they are highly skilled in their work and were also extremely compassionate. We also appreciated their company model: having started as a construction company, we could hire Restoration by Keselman and work with a single company throughout the entire home restoration and rebuild process. Within a few hours of agreeing to work with Keselman they had multiple crews at our home beginning work. The Keselman group is still in the process of reconstructing my home, but their efficiency, professionalism, and dedicated workers have been impressive. They have completely demoed the interior of my home, including mold and asbestos remediation, and installed a brand-new roof and reframed the interior of the home. Zak has worked with my insurance company to make sure that all costs are properly accounted for. All the workers have been very impressive in their work ethic and level of skill, while also being very kind. The Keselman group also provided an interior designer to help guide me through the process of selecting new finishes, which was a huge help, and made what could be an overwhelming process much more fun and enjoyable. I look forward to seeing the end product of the reconstruction process.
