 + -1 moreNo service. Marblecare did not even call to cancel the appointment. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.
Description of Work: Marblecare was suppose to fix a seam in our caesar stone kitchen counter top. After several unanswered phone calls for an appointment, I was finally able to schedule an appointment. I was given an appointment a week out for the timeframe 2 - 4 PM. At 3:30 PM on the day of service, I called to make sure the repair person was coming. The representative who scheduled my appointment assured me my appointment would be kept. Marblecare never showed up, never called.

 + -1 moreWONDERFUL VERY COOPERATIVE, TOOK THEM ALL DAY TO DO SHOWER STALL, MY BATHROOM AND MY HUSBANDS BATHROOM, THEN THE SECOND DAY THEY DID THE FOYER AND ANOTHER PART OF OUR HOME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, WE HAVE USEED THEM FOR THE PAST 17 YEARS
