Reason #3: they had to take several things out of my garage since I forgot to. When I got home from work, I couldn't even tell that anything had moved and the job was finished! It was quoted as 5 weeks and took 6 months. It was within budget which was nice. Our PM was very nice, but seemed stretched too thin. I never had the project input into the app with dates. The crew came only a few days a week and usually it was after hours. Sometimes they staid till after 10 at night. I never was told what work was happening or when. One time, a worker showed up at 7 am on a Saturday and then 10 at night. When I told the PM this was unacceptable, the worker confronted me about it that Monday and seemed to do things out of spite - like he stopped sweeping up after. This was a 50K project that seemed to be very low priority. I had to reschedule masonry work because the dumpster wasn't picked up. They installed the wrong windows the first time and didn't catch it till I had the PM come over. It took 3 months to correct. They knocked over our retaining wall. They wired an outlet in the kitchen which then blew our microwave. They rarely cleaned up with the exception of Ivan, the electrician, who was wonderful with the exception of the 1 outlet. Two roofing nails of the many they left punctured my tire. It was dusty, uncomfortable, and a long process. In the end, the work is just okay compared to the price charged - especially with the poor level of service. I would not recommend. The cabinets are also MDF and are already getting messed up in less than 2 months time.

Excellent!! The most impressive aspect of the project in addition to solving the problem was removing the hard surface counter top and not breaking the counter top!! This is an excellent company, and I would use again.,

Keselman Construction Group remodeled a half-bathroom for us and did a spectacular job! They were extremely professional throughout the whole process and very generous with their time and attention to detail. They never said ‘No’ to any of our requests even if the request was not in the contract. We appreciated that flexibility. We also liked that they brought in different specialists to work on the pipes and the tile, so it was clear we got the best quality work. The organization of all the steps and communication was flawless. We are looking forward to our next project with these guys!

Overall disappointed in the project that Keselman completed for me. I had to chase the project manager down multiple times to get answers to my questions, called them back to get them to come clean up after the project, fix so many mistakes, etc. It was quoted that the project would take 20-30 days, it took 4 months. While the end result looks good, it was so much effort on my part to chase them down to get it to this point, I would not hire them again.

Keselman does quality work. I first hired them for an investment property and was so pleased I reached out for this project on my personal residence. The do great work, they do it the right way, no cutting corners. This week I had a neighbor knock on my door to ask who did the work, because of the great finished product and the speed and professionalism of the crew. We are very pleased.

Keselman Construction was wonderful to work with and we definitely plan to use them for any future work! The newly refinished basement looks amazing and we are very happy with the quality of the work that was done. The entire process from initial estimation to final inspections went very smoothly. We had a pipe burst in our basement and flood part of our finished half. They repaired flooring, trim, drywall, and insulation. They also fixed plumbing and ventilation issues that had caused the pipe to burst. Our project manager, Tony, was extremely helpful and communicative. They got the bulk of the work done quickly. After review with Tony, we had a few concerns that work was missed or skipped. They immediately remedied the situation and finished the work as was quoted. Professional, good work, and left the place spotless.

Great! Kesselman Company was affordable, helpful in figuring out what the best thing to do to get rid of a problem we have had with our porch for years. Now I can rest knowing our porch is safe and sound for years!!

Keselman Construction rebuilt our home after it was seriously damaged. They tore it down to the studs and replaced everything, from the walls, to the siding, to the roof, to the floors, to the electrical system. It was a huge project, and a worrisome one. We wanted a safe home to return to, but we also had a limited amount of time and energy to devote to the project. I cannot imagine going through this with any other construction company and feel very fortunate to have had their help. Zach, Tony, Vitaly, Dave, Tony, and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. They were each, as one of their references said, “really good people who know their stuff.” We could fully count on each of them to do their best for us, and take full responsibility for their work, to work cooperatively with us, to be fair and honest, and to be reasonable and flexible, to be kind, and to be knowledgeable and professional. Zach said that we would get a schedule of the work to be completed each week, and would be notified when it was done. And that is what happened. Vitaly was our project manager. Throughout the duration of the project, there was always someone working in our house and tasks were completed on time. Everyone Vitaly brought into our house was friendly, professional, and did high quality work. Vitaly earned our complete trust and while we could have been as involved as we wanted, we were able to leave the details to him. We mainly made decisions about what should go into the house and what it should look like and for that we had the help of Channi Zwick, of White Edge Designs. Channi fully understood our goals for the house’s appearance and helped us realize all of them, a difficult task, because we had something very specific in mind but didn’t know how to get there. Vitaly and Channi guided us through the rebuild: they helped us make the many decisions in a timely manner and kept us within budget. We have moved back into our house and we know it is safe- it has passed a number of inspections with compliments from inspectors. It is also beautiful beyond our expectations. Everything was completed expertly from the doors to the floors, to the molding to the paint to the tile to the lights, to the faucets. The house is full of wonderful design choices we would have never thought of ourselves that make the house comfortable and easy to maintain. Channi’s excellent taste and the Keselman Construction Group’s excellent workmanship show in every corner of the house.

I had hoped for a "facelift" for the house but the resulting look was as if a new house had been built on the lot. I received so many complements from the neighbors. The weather turned cold and rainy shortly after the project began but the various crews were punctual, professional, and tenacious. The work was completed responsibly and with high quality. Each crew finished their work completely and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend KCG and will use them for the next inside project.

Zak and Petr are very professional in their behavior, attitude, and execution. They were able to complete a difficult project on time and as expected.

Keselman was very professional, always provides good quality work in a timely manner and has backed their work with quick repsonse to any issues that may come up.

The job was performed in the manner of which I expected from the Kesselman Construction Group. They have completed other projects in my home with the quality of work being excellent. I plan on another major remodel job in the spring/summer of 2019 and will not consider any other company. The price is right and the workmanship is great!
