Excellent. They even noted another old-type gas valve and replaced it on the spot for another $50.

ON A SUNDAY EVENING, I STOPPED BY MY PARENTS' HOME AND DISCOVERED THEY HAD A GAS LEAK. THE UTILITY COMPANY SHUT OFF THE GAS AND ADVISED THEY NEEDED TO HAVE A PLUMBER FIX THE LEAK, BEFORE THE GAS COULD BE TURNED ON. JIM WAS CALLED AND COULD NOT COME OUT IMMEDIATELY -- HE LATER DISCOVERED MY PARENTS WERE ELDERLY, AND REFUSED TO LEAVE THEIR HOME, JIM MADE AN EXCEPTION AND WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE THEM WITH SERVICE THE NEXT DAY. WE HAVE USED JIM A NUMBER OF TIMES AND WOULD USE HIM AGAIN. EXCELLENT PLUMBER!
Description of Work: WE HAVE USED JIM A NUMBER OF TIMES FROM 1) REPAIRING A GAS LEAK(S) ON MY PARENTS' FURNACE; 2) REPAIRING A WATER LEAK AT OUR HOME; AND 3) FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A TOILET, AFTER A NEW BATHROOM FLOOR HAD BEEN INSTALLED. HE WAS RESPONSIVE TO OUR SITUATION AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED.
